I have always thought that Robin Wright Penn would play a good Stevie. Also Gary Sinise for Lindsey. Check out Forrest Gump for both of them or Armageddon for Gary Sinise.
I have no idea for the others. Although I did see someone suggest on another site the guy from Notting Hill, you know, Hugh Grant's lanky roomate for Mick!!! Just my 2 cents. |
