I think Glenn Howerton from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is a dead ringer for Lindsey. When I watch the show I can't believe how much he looks like him. I think he could pull it off.

I'm interested in someone who can play Lindsey's soul. That man is Steven Strait. Lindsey's soul is beautiful. (Plus he's got Lindsey's over-emphatic smile)

Did you ever watch XENA: Warrior Princess? Her entire show was filmed there. That's why Brandon moved there in the first place, so he could find Lucy and profess his undying love for her. Unfortunately after his arrival he discovered that she now makes her home in Los Angeles. But everything worked out well as Brandon found another lovely young lady, courted her, loved her and married her.

Not on the cover but I believe he was in GQ around '84 , I remember seeing pics of him in a suit and with women, very GQ-ish.

Well I wore that outfit at two parties (2 nights in a row). My girlfriend Stephanie was "Stevie" that year only at the first party. We had a fight that night, and she didnt want to come to the 2nd party. We sort of patched things up... to some degree, because I remember she finally agreed to come. Then she proceeded to show up... dressed up as something entirely different. So I was Buckingham without Nicks. I was... less than impressed.

But to answer your question, it was about 50/50 on people knowing who we were. ;)
