If I'm allowed to cheat, then I choose:
1. Sisters of the Moon 2. Gypsy :D But if I absolutely must go by the rules, then I guess I would choose: Stevie: Sisters of the Moon Lindsey: I'm So Afraid (with Stevie as back up, à la The Dance) Sisters of the Moon is awesome, but I prefer the album version over the live interpretation. I much prefer to hear Stevie's howling "me" and "moon" rather than the shortened "me, yeah!" "moon, yeah!". Also, I think John's bass defines this song, and in the live performances I've seen, it was almost drowned out. I haven't heard it live in person though, so that could account for it. I would be interested in hearing Stevie and Lindsey sing Christine's songs, but I would rather hear more of their own, rarely played songs. |

The relationship between LB & SN... It's complicated... |
Stevie: SISTERS OF THE MOON (including speaking in tongues, please :D ) (Gosh, that was magical...)
Lindsey: WORLD TURNING |

BUT ... she did something better. She sang with vim & vigor, with gusto & verve, with passion & commitment, with radical chic & Islamic jahoodyism. |

Oh my I am so freaking excited that FM is kicking off their tour here in Pittsburgh. That made my day. I can see Mellon Arena from my house, WOOT! The arena is very old and has seen better days but its really the only place to see a big show in Pittsburgh besides the Ampitheather. 2 more years until a new Arena. Its nice that FM is coming here since a lot of bands skip Pittsburgh since the Arena roof cant hold the weight of all the big shows.
I cannot wait for this concert :) If they did Sisters of the Moon I would completely freak out. I love that song! I would love to hear Storms too. They could swap out Beautiful Child with this song even though I love them both! |
They should do a different setlist every night. I'd go to more shows if they did. Unfortunately, I know there's no way that's going to happen.
