I think if you go back to the start of this thread, very little was said and PIX was not attacked, the fanclub was brought up with just a link to the site about the facts and people were warned about giving their addresses or personal information to the petition.

It was PIX who came out swinging a blade and took this thread in that direction. He decided to lash out about every mean thing that had been said about him before. I think the beginning of the thread was pretty harmless, but he chose to take it in another direction.

that is right. Where you go, we don't go. Where you are, we are not. If you lay down with dogs, you get up with fleas. You have your fleas. Enjoy them. When JT is gone, when you ARE NOT an admin anymore, this is what you have to look forward to in this community. Sucks. I know how it feels. You did it to me.

Can't beleive what I am seeing here. Some of you would say, as I have seen it here in the past, 'If you don't like it, don't read it.' Why dont you people heed what you preach. Some of you don't like 'Pix.' Fine. Then why are you responding to that persons post? I would like to see something come out of that proposal but it will not happen for many, because, a few of you will not allow it. Many will not post here because they don't want to catch any flak from you people. All you people are doing is proving to the world just how ignorant you can act. You want people to support your cause and fight in the trenches with you. I don't want anyone along side of me that acts like this. Like the song says, 'go your own way,' and i will, my way, not your way.

Not true at all... Beware of giving any info to them. I hadn't even started a petition, and they come off like I'm in league with the Devil and I must have some other grand design on getting peoples names and/or phone numbers. All I said was that we need to team up then they say "BEWARE" He really has anterior motives.

That was a clear statement that I was involved in some type of conspiracy to gather names and addresses, and nothing was even done.

Try reading some of the other threads Like the front row tickets one. If someone would'nt have deleted his comments that made for some X-rated reading. What? Nobody even remembers what was said?

I don't know what thread you're talking about and what do you know about my view? What is the same as the crap I accuse you of.

Gee, I'd love to go over to your site and get the downright nasty posts from some of your treasured posters who repeatedly attacked people and continue to do so, but most of the threads have been deleted because that's the way your boss likes it. How come those people are allowed to treat anyone they please anyway they like and no one does anything about it because they're defending the cause and the administration over there. Someone wants to complain about the fanclub or site as late as July and they were told off in no uncertain terms and you and Jackie did nothing and allowed the posts to remain and the posters are still held in high regard.

I have asked you a few questions in this thread but you ignore them. If you've been attacked unfairly then that's the price you've paid for staying and SUPPORTING what went on and continues to go on over on that board. You made a choice for yourself and since we had no choice in being banned, you and your administration made choices for us too. It might not be fair or the way you would like it to be but you had a chance to get out a long time ago, you still have a chance. Somehow I think you'll go down with your boss, but that's YOUR choice and you'll have to live with YOUR decisions.

Respectfully Nancy, a lot of us came here after "all that" and felt it was a safe haven for us. I fail to understand why an admin form Mick's board is coming over here now, suddenly wanting to "help" all the time. He has an entire chat board to himself. If the focus of blame for the fiasco that is the fan club could be shifted elsewhere, how convenient would that be? We are talking about serious stakes here for some people involved in this thing. Remember the email and letter writing campaign a few months back where you had to write something about the fan club to win front row tickets? How would it look to investigators if known disgruntled fans signed a petition against Ticketmaster and it was presented in a certain light?

What I was talking about as you accusing me of letting people say whatever the want... basically attacking users that they don't agree with. Which is exactly what has gone on here. Not as bad on this thread as some others, but it’s still here.

I have warned several users about going after others, and even if nobody wants to admit it they know it's true. Nobody goes after others now... I have stated many times that this is the job of the admins.

Is that a threat? You know, one of the hardest things to prove in a court of law is slander. The one bringing the suit must prove that what is said is slander, the burden is on them. And, they must file against the person they are accusing in that persons state. And, they must find an attorney that is willing to bring such a hard to win suit. I see tunnel vision has become a real peoblem in this area. There is more going on in the concert/fan world than your war with the FM fan club. But, don't come here and have an opinion about anything. People are so paranoid here that anyone that isn't in the "IN" crowd is an enemy. And you know what? It doesn't matter. Tomorrow I will get up and have the same type of coffee and drive the same way to work and do the same things I did today when ever i feel like. You won't or can't change that, and, you sure as hell won't change me.

Hey, ok here is how. He has signed many of his posts with his name, so that is how we have known from the beginning. I don't think that he is ashamed of it or has kept it secret.

Why is he posting here? Good question. No, far as I know it is not gone yet. It is not active and a grave yard, but, not gone.

Damn I wish that I could answer that number d. So frustrating. I cannot. I can tell you that 480 ppl agree with JT needing to be gone and ppl sign the petition everyday. New fan club members find it eveyday and sign.

The refunds? I don't know if they will be forthcoming or not in the near future, but, if they aren't I am hopeful that something may be done for the fans. Not sure on that one though.

I am accusing you because that is what has gone on and still goes on over on that site. I think that TSK TSK TSK thread is still there, it was disgusting the way MissyRen was treated by that person over and over again and you did nothing to stop it, nothing! WHY? The double standard is that so many were thrown out for saying far less (and I don't need to hear who you threw out and who you didn't throw out). YOU saw so much of that attacking going on to people who had legitimate complaints and a right to be upset. This happened AFTER we were all thrown out and you did nothing to stop it. You can hardly compare the double standard over at your site the same as what happened h to you here. You have an avenue to complain here and could have used it but didn't, again that was your choice.

Where were we supposed to take our complaints about Jonathan Todd's actions and the way that site and the fanclub were being run. When we were banned from posting and from viewing the site, where should we have complained and where were you?


Where were you trying to help people here months ago during the presales when they couldn't get an answer from the club and weren't allowed on that site? Let's not forget that people actually paid money to be treated that badly.


Do you think there was a double standard when you made your comment about the LACK OF CIVILITY while we're watching your chosen members bash anyone who had a complaint and you sit by and leave the posts and don't ban the posters. You didn't have a problem leaving the nasty posts from the chosen bashers over there. Maybe it was to send a messsage to others who wanted to complain.


You joined the fanclub when we all did, you know darn well there was NO AGREEEMENT for you to view and accept. You KNOW that Jonathan Todd inserted that later and claimed it was there all along. He then went about changing it and revising it several times. Who should we have complained to about that after we were thrown out? Where were you saying this is wrong and I won't stand for it?


You want to talk double standards, you seem to have one set of standards when it comes to defending Jonathan Todd and condoning what he does and another that the rest of us should
live up to.

You wanted to start this dialogue, here it is. Answer the tough questions.

I would love detailed answers to these questions, as well! After all this stink started up, I decided to go back to the FM.com site and see what wuz there- but there ain't nothin' there!! No BBS, no forum, no nothin'. It's all flash, but there's no content (not that there ever was that much to begin with).

Questions "A" & "B" aren't really an issue with me, but I'd love to know about "C" & "D".

And you know what Joe? No one wants to. I am ok with a differing opinion, it is just that a lot of damage was done to the community by Pix and that crew. A lot of hurt and disappointment and it is not over and not forgotten. It settles hard when anyone wants to defend it or comdemn us for being upset for what was done to us individually and as a community. that is the whole of it.

No, don't change, and you are right about your coffee, and your life. This is an aside. But, it is still important to those that were hurt, offended and feel robbed to boot. Imagine now, if you have said how you feel and done what you felt you needed to on this board and you tried to sign on tomorrow and found out you were banned. NO one emailed you or told you or anything, just cut you off with no explanation, just the same blanket explanation for everyone banned. And, I can promise you that you will never, hopefully, ever find another board that has banned so many ppl so quickly for expressing their feelings and having unanswered questions anywhere. That is what Pix represents to us.

Honey, I would not know how to begin to mess with anyones computer. hahahahahaha.. that is not my field. I do not make websites nor am I a computer guru, so you have nothing to fear from me. Also, I have NOTHING to do with this site, so whatever you have on this site cannot be affected by this site. If you make that allegation, you are not accusing me but, someone who will not take this nicely.

And as for having it looked into? Good luck. I wish NO one to have done to their computer what was done to mine and my friends. And, there are just not a lot of efforts made by any of the agencies out there to work with it. Trust me, save yourself some time. I know.

Hi Tower, the problems occured on the www.mickfleetwood.com site, not the FM one. We were promised a board on the FM one, but, never got one. Like so many other things. Also, you won't find a lot on Micks site as Jonathan Todd deleted all of it. He banned a ton of ppl and took all the threads down so that it was not readable and he would not have to prove why he banned us. It was basically for asking him questions that he wouldnot answer and then getting upset at him not answering and a lot of bitterness ensuing. Bad scene all the way around. And, the two admins, Trinity and Jackie, who are volunteer admins, contiunued the bannings and scoldings and so forth when JT went basically underground or away.

No, and to some it was tragic and heart breaking. We really aren't the In Crowd, we are the out crowd, I think. At least that is what we were told when we were banned and forbidden to read or respond to the things happening on the only site or board that the fan club ever made available to us.

But, just the same, welcome to the Ledge. It is really a great place to be and to be free.

I'm in like Flynn with several of the admins here, so I can say just about whatever I want.

Knowing that one has such freedom really is an effective picker-upper in the morning!

The word beware was never used in any post on this thread.

I've tried to avoid posting on this thread and I really don't want to get into a huge argument. Most people who have followed the whole Todd issue knows my feelings on the matter and about my dealings with him. Fan club aside I feel myself and the other members of Fireflies UK were treated like **** by that man and he was caught out in a lie and then tried to bribe his way out of it. When this happened I made a choice not to have anything to do with his board and ceased posting over there. I have never slagged off the board admistrators (apart from Todd) as my beef is with him. There have been times, though, where I have felt that people have dis-believed my claims or simply do not care how I've been treated by that man. Anyone who knows me well knows that I am fiercely loyal to my friends and if someone takes on a friend they take on me as well. I guess I assume people would do the same for me but this whole mess has shown this isn't always the case.

As I said I have not got into a slanging match with the other board admins and I never will but I can understand the strong feelings that are being shown in this thread. People feel cheated and quite rightly so and it does seem questionable that Pix would want to get into all this by choosing to post over here when there are plenty of other places to do so.

That's like the folks at Enron not "knowing" what was going on. I find it hard to believe that you would not know your other Admins on your board were banning people. I say "others" because you claim and feign no clue as to what we are talking about. And of course, since I was banned, there is no way for me to go back and prove that. I am no sysop at your board nor do I have computer expertise.

I was banned from mickfleetwood.com because i simply pointed out one of the administrators (Gold Dust Woman) was breaking mickfleetwood.com's own rules. So i got kicked out for doing that. that is f*cked up. its even more fu*cked up that youd lie about it. I know there were many others aside of me who were banned. My username over there was GYPSYSARA Pix, Im sure if you can look into the history you may be able to get to the bottom of the mystery as to who banned me and why.

Between all this utter crap and my personal stuff this is all wheyyy too much.
