No, the WBC won't stop anyone from trying to enter (nor could they, if they wanted to). Based on their usual M.O., they'll just stand across the street from the venue, with their "God Hates F--s" signs, and shout nonsense. Sometimes there are counter-protesters there to mock them (see the pic below), but they avoid physical altercations.
