I would really like for those skinny jeans to go away. They are not cultivating a -- well, I don't know what he thinks his image is, but I doubt he wants it to be what those jeans present. Maybe he does. This is the same guy who wore sandals with socks, so . . .

he's probably just attempting to be current...and a narrow silhouette in jeans and pants is current and fashionable in 2013...just like bell bottoms were in 1977. Same thing, really. The socks and sandals is entirely another story.

But aren't narrow jeans more popular for women than for men? Next thing I know, he'll be wearing jeggings.

He practically IS wearing jeggings. When we saw him in Baltimore last summer my son's comment was "I didn't expect he'd be wearing tights". He was wearing those really tight jeans thar have a lot of elastic in them on stage (and just regular jeans fot m&gs afterwards). Regular jeans looked so much better than those stupid elasticized ones.

But I don't think he's trying to be trendy - he was wearing practically the same skinny jeans since at least 1992. The plus of that is that he doesnt look dated when you watch his 1993 shows unlike most of the people who were with on the stage at the time (well if you don't count the big non-fitted jacket ;) ).

^Hmmm, no I don't think '92. Seems like this particular style has been more recent. I think the SYW jeans were just regular old jeans.

I'd also like to see Stevie make some changes. I love her but, damn, I'm tired of seeing her in the same thing all the time. I like that she is appearing in pants more - I think it would be cute for her to wear pants and her boots with a (something other than black) top. And really, it is time to cut some of that hair off. Maybe shoulder length?

yeah it's like the 2 of them decided to wear these stage uniforms and not change them for decades. i don't get how they are not bored wearing the same thing over and over again.

Well, I understand it being easier. If you know it looks decent and it matches etc, it's a lot less of a hassle to just wear the same thing every night instead of having to plan what you're going to wear.

Basically they are lazy. :lol: I can relate because I'm the same way, though I don't wear just ONE outfit (I have several that I just rotate lmao) and I also don't perform for thousands of people.
