Ooooh, that's a lovely distinction. Thanks for pointing it out. Chris' line smacks of realism. "I know this can't last forever, but lets enjoy it while we can. DO stop thinking about tomorrow." Conversely, Lindsey's take has an optimism that can't stand up in the real world. Singing them together would have been lovely. That's why I like them singing together on Think About Me. Same words, but one's a plea, the other's a demand.

This is one of those things that I adored about Buckingham McVie tracks... they really paid attention to what they were saying... and the alternations in vocals on tunes like Don't Stop, World Turning, You and I etc... I always listened to who sang what.... Love it!

"Family Man." I don't hate it, but it's my least favorite left.

NO.....MYSTIFIED=love.

I swear to god It's gonna be my wedding song.

I voted for Caroline...just...no.
That and Family Man are the only 'weak' songs left IMO

Well, you know, their blend is amazing even on a fluff song like Ricky, because it's like what you'd imagine you'd get if Lindsey was a ghost possessing Christine's body. It's her, but it's got his ticks, his quirky personality.

You two have taught me to listen more carefully to Lindsey & Chris interactive vocals.

Funny because I've always thought that they all had possesed each other... even Christine and Stevie had some of the same quirks...

Danny and Bob and Christine same thing... had some of each other's essence...

True, But I LOVE Ricky. I think with Down Endless street those songs would have made this album a lot better. Axe LL and Family Man For it!

Well, I've often said that SYW was Stevie being Christine, but Ricky is fun because it's an actual collaboration, not just a mental one and I get a kick out of thinking of Chris and Lindsey cooking that one up together and probably giggling at the time. Michele

I wouldn't axe LL, but yeah, I'd take Down Endless Street for Family Man.

I love Down Endless. I would say that the vocal is a little campy and I'd like it to be a bit straighter for an album song, but the thing is great.
