It occurs to me that collectively, we know wayyyyy too much about the components of good stripping! Michele |

Send me a picture of yourself and I'll tell you what song you would look good Stripping to. |
Sugar Daddy!
Desiree would also be fun. Or the Mirage tour version of Not That Funny, if you could somehow edit out Lindsey's 3 minutes of screaming. On second thought the screaming might help? I saw an exotic routine to Rhiannon once that was very sexy - sensual, actually. Don't know how it would go over with a pole, though. |
Kind of Woman !!

Wow! These were some great suggestions. For some reason, I never even thought of Gold Dust Woman. That would absolutely work where I would... work.
I'd love to do Ricky, but I think the crowd might kill me. This bar I'd be working at is great for anything very classic or very modern. It'd really be hard to adopt anything eighties, at least for now, depending on the sound. Tusk is one of my favourite songs, and honestly, I've had an experience stripping to that song before in my waaay younger years, and it just made me feel icky afterwards. Too much bomp about it, I guess. It'd be the same with Not that Funny. Brown Eyes is one I think I could adopt safely after a little while, and yes, it's totally sexy and smooth. Thanks, guys! I actually didn't start on Sunday like I said. I sorta jumped the gun. I'm ALMOST ready for my first day. I just need a few more pole-dancing lessons behind me before I'm confident enough to go ahead with a full set. |
Although it's from Stevie's solo album...
"How Still My Love" is a really sexy song. Last Friday in St. Louis, Stevie performed it live, and she did this incredibly suggestive dance at the end where she slipped off her gold drape and swung it around her head... it was hot:

The openning of Sister of the Moon has a great dance beat to it.

I second Brown Eyes. Sexiest song ever.
How Still My Love, too. What about Come? |

I'd say Lola (from Buckingham Nicks) and Come.

Wait, has no one suggested Hypnotized yet?! I don't know why I forgot about that one... I always think "stripping" when I hear the intro.
