There was a Season Ten episode where they riffed on "Future War." There's a scene near the end where the hero is running, and there's a very loud, repetitive percussion solo playing on the soundtrack, and Mike and the Bots start singing Tusk! I almost busted a gut!

This show should be out on DVD! I assume it's not.

I do remember the one you & Junkfoodgenius are talking about, I remember laughing & my husband rolling his eyes.

Chloe told Diana "that looks too much like Stevie Nicks" and Diana (the dolt) said "what's Stevie Nicks?"

At the beginning of the pilot for Will & Grace, Will and Grace are talking on the phone....

Grace: So, I went back to the sale today.
Will: Yeah. Did you get that black, flowy thing?
Grace: No, you were right. It's too "Stevie Nicks: The Heavy Years."

SNL anyone? They did a sketch about Stevie's hypothetical Mexican resruant "Stevie Nicks Fajita Roundup." Lucy Lawless played Stevie.

What about Jack Black's "stevie twirls" in that cafe in "School of Rock"?

Actually (and I know this because the clip is mart of the PR mash up thing that I am addicted to!) is "What's a Stevie Nick?" You can listen to it on the PR site at bravotv.com under "Mash Ups".

And SortaSavageLike - another Tusk reference in MST3k? Man, those midwesterners must have loved FM! More reason to be sad the show is over...

On The Simpsons, Marge and Homer sing a parody of the All In The Family theme which includes the line "Disco duck and Fleetwood Mac/Coming out of my eight track."

SortaSavageLike, I wuv your signature bar.

Dosent Jack Black or John cusack (can't remember which one) give the album titled Fleetwood Mac a couple of mentions in High Fidilety

Edge of Seventeen (if that can count) was also in School of Rock. Stevie gets a mention.

Thrown Down was playing in an episode of Friends once, dunno if the band got a mention or not though. this probably dosent count

Rick Vito's "Exotica By Night" got a significant featuring during a bar scene in The West Wing.

"Peacekeeper" got a featured spot in an episode of Third Watch.

The King of Queens...!

In the episode where you see how Doug and Carrie met (which takes place in the 80's). They are at some apartment, and there is a TitN-poster in the background..

Yeah, Rob Gordon - John Cusack's character, says soemthing like: "If I wanna listen to the song 'Landslide' by Fleetwood Mac, I have to remember that I bought the album for somebody else in '83 but kept it for personal reasons.."

re:

There was an episode of Dawson's Creek where one of Jen's boyfriends says something about "getting romantic and listening to some Fleetwood Mac." (That's not exactly what he says, but something along those lines). Anyway, she turns him down, and he says, "Ok, no Fleetwood Mac then?"

If I remember correctly I think they played Silent Night from the first very special christmas album on an episode of "A Different World".

not a show but a book...

michael moore is talking about the arms race and writes that 'by 1978 [russia] had a whopping 25,393 nuclear warheads - while [the u.s.] had running water, stevie nicks, and a comfortable 24,424 nukes.'

i laughed for days after reading that.
