I bought an HP about 3 years ago. I haven't had any problems with it until recently, when I bought The Sims 2, and it plays extremely choppy on my machine. It's time for an upgrade! :mad:

I had a problem with the Sims games on my new HP, too, :distress:

Right after Christmas, I got a Gateway 5200s desktop. I upgraded to a 17" LCD flat panel monitor and also upgraded my drives (I have two..I can burn DVDs, CDs, etc and watch them). I love it. This is the second Gateway i've had. The first one was a little more than 10 years old before it finally kicked the bucket. I'm fairly certain they're running some nice upgrade specials right now so i'd check it out :nod:
