I kind of think Chris's death is not something he would want to cash in on. i mean, we know how mick is, but still....

Yep. A Christine tribute would just be a bunch of people singing her material in their own styles. Her style of singing or playing piano almost never gets replicated among professionals. Now, you can do a tribute show without tapping into the person’s style, but the performers had better soar.

So the show was pretty good tonight...I went clubbing afterwards, so... lol... here are the songs I recall now.
YMLF
Honey Hi
Songbird(I was bawling)
Love In Store
Oh Daddy
Do You Remember Me
Only Over Ewe
Think About Me
Over My Head(this singer kinda sucked, so that was my beer/pee break)
Everywhere
Hold Me
Little Lies(this one too, got on my nerves. She was dancing around like an electric chicken- STOP, IDIOT).
SYLM(they let the male keyboard player sing this. Meh).

I'm sure I've forgotten at least one...get offa my ass!

I actually left before the last song, because my friend was picking me up outside, but I can only hope that it was Why. I'm sure it was probably Don't Stop.

But for $15, it was worth it for the Songbird cry, if nothing else. And BTW, my friend pointed out this afternoon, that they were probably doing this today, because it was the old nasty goat's birthday. Au contraire. .. they mentioned more than once, that Christine was the glue that held them all together, but was overshadowed by the stupid drama that was SN/LB.

Indeed, she was.
