I wouldn't be eating the flubber shoes but rather bouncing around in them like a kangaroo

Meowi 01-09-2011 09:11 PM

Kangaroos...
Meh, I see enough of them around.

RickRobert 01-09-2011 09:15 PM

No flubber-shoe-wearing Welsh kangaroos I'll bet :blob2: (New Welsh doesn't count)

So, how 'bout them meals

Meowi 01-09-2011 09:23 PM

Well, speaking of Kangaroo-
I used to like Kagnga meat when I was a kid.

Last night though, I had my mum's pasta.

When you were a kid? You're got a long way to go before you're old like me!:)

And now I'm 15.

Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: Chai Tea from Cumberland Farms
mid p.m. Coffee, with the attorney and my parents, at the parents house.
4:30 pm - I cooked crab cakes and green beans for my parents. I had a spoonful of the green beans.
5:35 pm- pealed about 13 apples, sliced and cored them, and used 11 of them to bake an apple pie with Splenda, and cinnamon.
6:25 ish- took pie from oven, cooled. Mercifully, my father went for a nap!
6:30: took five minutes to drive to my house, take half an alprazalam and go back to see Mom, after I put out their trashes, recylcing and ran the dishwasher. Nice quiet time with Mom, good.
7 to 8 pm- watched '60 Minutes' with my mother and enjoyed it. At 7:30 tried a piece of the pie I made. Good, but I should switch back to Equal. Someone told me Splenda was better for baking than Equal for diabetics, but I think I disagree.

Eggplant parmesan, with a salad.

My first time making it. Damn, it's good, and easy!:blob2:

HomerMcvie 01-12-2011 05:13 PM

Tuna, in red panang curry sauce(from Trader Joe's), with eggplant parmesan on the side.
Man, this tuna is good! There's no reason to go to a Thai restaurant, when this is this good! I can't wait until TJ's comes to town!

Tonight I had Domino's Pizza and homemade chocolate chip cookies. I'm such a health nut!

Half a Vegetarian Escalop in a Tortilla Wrap. The post Christmas deprivation diet begins today.

ButterCookie 01-12-2011 06:33 PM

Some surprisingly good fishcakes with mash & boiled celery (don't hate, I love celery)
