Hi everyone,
I had a question about the "Space Needle" demo. Does anyone know who's singing back-up on the lines "it is always black/there's always a shadow" toward the end of the song?
It's definitely a guy. I know she was doing some demo recording in the mid/late-1990s with Jesse Valenzuela from the Gin Blossoms; could that be who it is?

I think that part sounds so much like Don Henley. But, it probably is not.

I also wondered who is singing in the "hauting song from the rock and roll past." It sounds like her in a two part harmony like she does, but then sometimes it does not sound like that.

I love this song. I would also love to know who is singing!!!!

For some wierd, strange reason, it sounds like Vince Gill to me. His voice is high like that..but I'm 99.9% sure it's NOT him. LOL

I've always assumed it's Al Ortiz, since Stevie has said that he worked on all of the 'TISL' demos with her.
