Oh my god...this demo blew me away!

Have you guys heard the demo I've Been Loving You Too Long?? I got it off of kazaa and it says it is from the Mirage Era.....it is amazing....mainly a Lindsey, very bluesy tune.....but then you hear stevie adding harmony, and you think the song stops and people are laughing in the background....but it doesn't.....they regroup and then Stevie comes in and she rips into the song, going back and forth with Lindsey....they are like screaming. It is so amazing! Check out kazaa to see if you can find it!

I'm pretty sure it's an Otis Redding tune. On the one I have the vocals are pretty faint, although you can hear them screaming! I just wish the vocal were clearer.

These are the lyrics to Otis' version. Very S&L hopeless romantic style. The intensity of the FM version is beathtaking. Like I said on the Ledge it almost makes me want to cry listening to it, even though the sound is bad quality.

I just listened to this song...funny, I've had it on CD for awhile now, but only listened to it once, I think...you really have to crank it up to listen to it!! I HAVE CHILLS!!!! This "playing around" in the studio needs to happen (and get leaked!!) MORE OFTEN! :nod:

I agree that Stevie's vocals are AMAZING and so is the music, it's bluesy and very pre SnL FM!! LOVE IT!!
