Hi all you UK posters...
I really would LOVE to see the 100 Greatest Women ...
I am a Kylie fan ( sorry) and a Dido fan and I am intrigued how like All Saints and Bananarama made it on the list...
Can anyone tape it for me? I know you have PAL...I guess somehow I can get it transferred or something....
I just would love to see how the UK is doing it!
Thanks
Janet

Hello!
I guess it unfair to even ask to tape 5 hours for someone who doesn't even share the same type of VHs tape!
But I just really am into what the Brits think are good woman vs the US.
I just know people like Dido, Kate Bush and Kylie aren't given really the time of day here when they are just so cool to me...I should have been born...OVER THERE....
I also just wanted to see what they did with Stevie as well!
If you managed, wonderful. If not, just type for us some details, I can't be the only one who is curious:)
THANK YOU either way!:)

From what I understand the show is split up and the segment with Stevie is on tonight. They do tend to repeat this stuff so I'll do my best for you :)
I think it is weird that our VCR's can play both Pal (UK) and NTSC(USA) but that the USA VCR'S don't

Sorry Janet....I didn't get to see it but apparently I didn't miss much. Stevie's bit was very short.....I'm told there was a short interview that looked Wildheart era. Sheryl Crow and Courtney loved sang her praises but this was swiped from Stevie's Behind The Music. And the presenter, Denise Van 'Crappen' introduced the segment saying that FM looked like geography teachers:confused: ...she said the men were bearded and hairy and the women looked like the knitted bed socks!! So not funny.
The also had their facts wrong saying that Stevie left the band before Lindsey

And as well as a mega short segment they didn't even play a video :( Diana Ross *cringe* came in at number 12, got a longer segment AND a video played!
No wonder FM don't come to the UK :(:(:(
