Stevie Nicks #13 in VH1's 100 Greatest Women

[seteca]

I just came across the results of VH1 UK's 100 Greatest Women:

Stevie was voted in at #13...!

The actual VH1 countdown starts tomorrow (I think) but VH1 released the results to the press on the 26th.

You can see the full list here....(VH1 have yet to publish it on their own website, so this is a link to the Dusty Springfield website who have kindly published it.)

A very good piece of news for you Stevie fans!:):woohoo::blob1:

That's wonderful news!!:)
It's one place higher than she was on the US countdown.
Way to go Stevie!!

I'm glad she's so high on the list!
BUT....I love Madonna and all, but it's getting really annoying to see her at #1 on every single list like this.

I'm thrilled you Brits voted Stevie in at #13, especially since she seemingly isn't very popular over there. BUT I'm a little disillusioned at Britney Spears being in the top 10?!.... and Yoko Ono at #99(She's awful and broke up the best rock band in the world)!! And where the hell is Christine McVie.?!!! :)

Mmmm..... I can think of greater women than Madonna that should be at number 1.....

Ella Fitzgerald
Aretha Franklin
Joni Mitchell
Carole King
Barbara Streisand just to name a few......
