This Is My Cross To Bear (JAM SESSION DEMO)???

HI...

I downloaded this track a few nights ago and wondered if we know anything about it?...And how long should it be?...The one I got is only 1:20. Are there other takes?...

[golddustchic]

Yeah, I've always wondered what that was too. I have it, but mines only 48 seconds, but it does sound pretty good.

I hope someone has some info on it!!

the one i have is 8 minutes and 17 seconds long and even at that length it sounds like it was cut off at the end.... i think it was just one of her long ramble demos... like the 18 min beauty and the beast or her 18 min gypsy demo... it doesn't really have a structure... it just kind of does the same thing over and over again.... but i really don't know anything about the song itself... when it was written etc... but at the beginning stevie is talking to another woman and it's so warbled that i can't quite figure out who she's talking to- it sounds like maybe lori or robin... if it is robin that would give us a clue as to when it was recorded... but i really really can't tell...

not very good... some words you can't really understand.. it sounds as if the tape was left out in the sun or something and it's kind of warbly... other times it's fair

same demo version Jessica, I can't stand hearing all of it because of the quality...Brian J.
