so i'm sitting here at my desk when some clients come in the office from dallas! 2 of ladies i know, but one i didnt, and as soon as she came up the stairs and saw stevie on my computer she said, "HEY! that's stevie nicks! i love that woman to death! are you a fan?!" and i said, "yes" and she says, "omg! give me a hug! i love meeting stevie fans!" so i gave her a hug and we talked about stevie for a while! i told her about the greatest hits album and when they should be touring and she had NO idea. boy was she happy to hear that! well we talked and talked and then she had to go into the meeting. and when she walked away she said, "ok i have to go! so rock on, no wait, i mean rock a little!" i was dying! i love that lady!

Awww... that's a cute story! :) But it's always nice to meet kind, courteous people, especially if they're Stevie fans.

You know the place Fritz should have headlined?
haha!

Anyways, I love to meet Stevie fans, too.
See, we're not all pathetic whiners with big, fat behinds like that bird person said earlier! haha!

I just had to throw that in, sine you were asking about Woodstock.

I love Stevie fans. I went to the movies once wearing my TISL shirt and the person who was selling tickets said, "Stevie rocks!!!" I felt so special all day. Stevie fans are the best fans out there....

It's true....you know I've never gotten a comment or anything when I've worn my Don Henley shirt....or any of my Beatles shirts...or anything...BUT I wear a Stevie or Mac shirt and people are like drawn to speak to me or something....I've gotten so many comments while wearing a Stevie or Mac shirt...it's awesome....I know I flip and talk to people I see in Stevie stuff...so it's cool that other fans do that as well....Stevie fans are so awesome!!!

not that long ago at a Wal-Mart in OKC, the clerk who was checking me out in the line saw my Stevie shirt and she almost had a cow...lol...She was asking me all kinds of questions and stuff about Stevie/Mac...Really cool...Brian J.

last summer I was waiting for my sister in the Kroger parking lot and this lady pulled up in a convertible and she was playing the mac. Contrary to my normal introverted tendancies, I felt compelled to blurt out "I love Fleetwood Mac!!" and she said "Me too, there the best! Stevie rocks!" and I said "I love Stevie"! That was the greatest, it totally made my day...

Omg mimi!!! Stevie fans are the best :D

Funny story...Kinda long, but worth reading.....

In June, I went to Pittsburgh to visit my father. Well every year his friend has a barbque/auction thing...Well, this year the theme was 'Rock Star'...They had a kareoke(my spelling is horrible today) machine and everything..Well, I bugged and I bugged my stepmom to go up and sing 'Stop Draggin...' with me..and she was like..."I need like 3 beers before I can embarrass myself". So after an hour..she says yes, so I run up to give the lady our card, and 'Stop Draggin' comes on...A group of girls went up and did it...I WAS FUMING! So, I said lets go up and do 'Don't Stop'...Well we go up and the lady says Fleetwood Mac...Well this lady about 40 years old yells 'OMG Stevie!' So she runs up and starts singing with us.....
After the song I went up to her and asked her if she was a Stevie fan and she was like..."Am I ever a fan!" and we talked for a good hour about her, her music, and all that....We hugged alot (Mimi, I guess Stevie fans like to hug ). So after I went to my stepmom and dad who were I guess "Watching out for me"...and they were like "THAT LADY WAS HITTING ON YOU!" I was like no way shes 40 I'm 17! Then my stepmom asks "Why didd you guys hug so much then?" and I was like..."Stevie fans hug!!!".....In any case...I had had 4 beers before I went and talked to her, but I could've sworn she wasn't hitting on me....But anyways, just a funny story.....

Now who could resist ANYONE with a name like that!!!;)

Anyways...Yeah, Stevie fans are the best....When I was at my first concert(ever..period, let alone a Stevie) in IL during TISL tour this middle aged couple who I'd only known for about 30 minutes to an hour were *so* amazed by my setlist I had on me,how mature I was alone at the concert by myself, and that I had such TASTE in music (not to mention the niceness and knowledge factors..they couldn't get over my useless Stevie/Mac trivia..LOL )that they had tried (UNBEKNOWNCED to me) to buy me a CLOSER seat then I already had...like going from 12 row, to 5th...They couldn't unfortunately:distress: (I *really* wanted to sit with them, they were SUCH cool people)...but STILL; THAT'S some "Stevie Love"!

Sevie Fans just NATURALLY ROCK! :]

LOL:lol:

I know ~ I have Rhiannon on my answering machine and people are always leaving comments about it on the tape.

This guy from the bank called about my refinancing and said, "cool song, I was just listening to The Dance in the car as I pulled into work this morning! Gotta love The Mac."

Great story.
I haven't met any Stevies fans yet.(It might have somthing to do with the fact that I'm only 13 and most people my age won't know who Stevie is)
