From Jimmy Paxson-
This is a heavy loss… Rest in peace Christopher A. Nicks… My heart goes out to Nixi Parkinson Nicks, Lori Nicks, Stevie, Glen Parrish and the entire family, friends and fans of all things Nicks/FM - Chris was so much a daily part of all of it. I’ll never forget our first meeting at Sony during one of my first rehearsals - I said to Waddy “Hey that guy with the beard, is he supposed to be in here? He just wandered in…” and Waddy goes “THATS STEVIES BROTHER” and from then on I knew and he was always there - there for the cause, there for you, there for me. At the end of my first year he said to me “Alright rookie, that’s the first one, now let’s see how you do from here” and for my ten years to follow he was always there in support, with honesty and love was ALWAYS felt. He had an RV that he’d take on the tours, never a bus… The hang with him was ALWAYS the best and his daughter Jess (Nixi) and her mom Lori… It’s just a family like no other. Chris was and always will be deep in the fabric of all of my memories and the forever place we all are so blessed to have for the fact that our paths crossed. Chris you were and still are unstoppable. Til we meet again - I love you now and forever. Rest on Chris ❤️♾️

Fly high, Chris Nicks.
My condolences to the Nicks family. This is a stark reminder of the mortality of everyone in the circumference of the Fleetwood Mac family. Buy the ticket, go to the show. We probably have about 5-6 years left with these people.

So sad to read that. Nixi posted a picture of her hand holding his father's hand. Really touching. My condolences to Stevie and the family.

Very sad news. Another of the Fleetwood Mac family gone. I would say the only real family Stevie might have left besides some cousins would be Jessi, Chris's daughter. Chris was such a big part of Stevie's career and also with Fleetwood Mac. Prayers for the family
