Ok my emotional answer to this... I wish they take her to a dungeon in Château d'If forever, ala Edmond Dantès.
But seriously, I hope justice system will make the right decision about whether she should be committed to a mental institution or imprisoned. But whatever the decision they make, that woman is definitely a hazzard to society.

I knew she was going to flee. I am still puzzled how you can swat someone's house and not get immediately arrested. Then violate the restraining order by throwing a substance someone and still not get arrested. I know and understand the police were working on getting a warrant and making an airtight case. However police had enough probably cause to put her in jail while they still worked on the case. She was a danger to Lindsey, his family, and the public. Maybe there are things we don't know but it's all very strange.

Law may be very vert complicated sometimes, and to get a solid case may be very difficult. For example, here in Peru, if a thief steals your celphone, and if they catch him red-handed, he can be arrested immediately. But it's essential that you don't demand the return of your phone from the police, cause it is evidence, which is complicated because of all the confidential, financial information stored on it. And if you demand it from the police, they are obligated to return it to you, BUT then they can no longer arrest the thief; the case continues with him free, even if there's video footage of the theft. I don't understand the law so many times.
