The "official video" in the Fleetwood Mac youtube channel has the same sound as the Dreams version included in the 1980 Fleetwood Mac Live album. Don't know if this was already asked: Is that video the actual performance of the song included in the album? Or they put the audio in that video, but it's another performance? If so, the lip sync work is very good.

it is the video of the performance that was recorded. However, the live album has had the vocal notably enhanced, especially the additional backing vocals that were added. This link seems to be the video with the tweaked vocals from the album added onto it. you can find the video with the original raw audio on the inter webs

What I don’t know for sure is that it was filmed in Paris. The fact that the album liner note identifies Paris as the audio doesn’t carry the force of archival exactitude in Fleetwood Mac Land. But the audio is certainly an April or May performance, if you can track down others for comparison.

This video is most definitely from the Rumours Tour. The sound was dubbed in later by a fan because this video was used many times over the years as a promo video. Look at the video at 2:45 and you will clearly see Lindsey playing the guitar but NOT singing into the mic, while you hear his voice singing background vocals on this track.
