last night with Ryan Adams

[elle]

not clear whether LB was just there to support friends or he actually performed something with Ryan Adams last night (anyone here knows?) but here's a pic Ryan posted on his IG few hrs ago -

So Lindsey performed last night at Judd’s thing in Largo too. There’s a video on Judd’s IG as well as some more pics on both Judd’s and Ryan Adams IGs.

[secondhandchain]

I live about a mile from the Largo. DAMN!

I live about a mile from the Largo. DAMN!

aww that's too bad! apparently all the performers were unannounced - it just said Judd and friends. every time you see that, i think it's 50% chance LB will be one of them!

Lindsey Buckingham and Norman Lear--in the same photo--OMG I am fan girling a bit now.

[bombaysaffires]

am I the only one who wishes he'd do something other than NGBA? Yes, I get why he does it, it's a well known song and easy to do solo but still.....

He should do Holiday Road, people LOVE that song!

tweet from Lena Dunham about the encounter - sounds so familiar, doesn't it? walking through the door of LB fandom!

Pleeeeeeease let that mean that Lindsey is going to be on WTF. :]

[Sugar Mouse]

Interesting that Neil Finn was at Largo the night after Lindsey and Ryan Adams were there. As some of you may know, Neil and Ryan have a rather interesting history performing together.

Those were my thoughts exactly when I saw that pic... hoping that maybe in a long-form podcast interview, he might open up a bit more than in other press junket interviews. A fan can hope!

Speaking of Maron, I just listened to his interview with Joe Walsh, and Joe almost immediately brings up Stevie, right off the bat. Maron ID'd one of Walsh's albums as a "low point," in terms of drug and alcohol abuse and asked Walsh if that was a correct assumption. I believe it was "The Confessor." Walsh said that Stevie helped him a lot on that album. She's not on it as an artist, but emotionally she helped him make that record. I forget if it was at that point or later in the interview, but Maron calls her "a good witch."

dearest sugar - other people are playing in the same venue as Lindsey? wow, that's shocking! you need to move on, LB and his fans have.

Interesting that Neil Finn was at Largo the night after Lindsey and Ryan Adams were there. As some of you may know, Neil and Ryan have a rather interesting history performing together.

I knew you would post this....I was counting the minutes down to be honest.
It is totally coincidental and totally irrelevant, but thanks for pointing it out ....to no one that is at all interested

[dontlookdown]

am I the only one who wishes he'd do something other than NGBA? Yes, I get why he does it, it's a well known song and easy to do solo but still.....

He should do Holiday Road, people LOVE that song!

Holiday Road - quite possibly my least favorite Lindsey song.
It's always felt like a gimmick/one-off throw away soundtrack song.

All joking aside, I really want that Buck Owens guitar.
