I've never been to a concert for the "guest star". Can someone please fill me in on how many songs I should expect? Is it worth it to dish out a huge amount of money for that Diamond Circle, or is even a FM tour better to see Stevie?
Would she do any solo songs like Beauty and the Beast?
Also is there any chance she will tour the rest of Europe solo?
Thank you. :)

Stevie played at the same festival in 2011 when IYD came out. She supported Rod Stewart who was headlining. She was on for about an hour and played 9 songs. There were no other tour dates but she did do a meet & greet and album signing at the old HMV on Oxford Street the following day

Any chance she might do it again? Was it announced in advance?
Did she play any interesting songs or mostly FM + Edge of 17, Stand Back.

I would love Needles and Pins. I'd expect Stop Dragging my Heart Around and Insider. She might also sing lead on I Need to Know. I'd also love the Apartment Song!

The album signing was announced only about a week in advance. I very much doubt she will do it again as the day of the signing tied in with the release of IYD in the UK, so unless she's planning to release something knew, their won't be anything to promote with an album signing session.
Setlist is below. It was a condenced version of the setlist that she played on the Heart & Soul tour with Rod Stewart.
Stand Back
Secret Love
Rhiannon
Outside The rain
Dreams
Fall From Grace
Gold Dust Woman
Landslide
Edge of Seventeen
We were discussing this on Facebook the other day, actually. I'm predicing a setlist similar to the 24KG set, but condenced down. I'm also seriously hoping she'll do "Rooms On Fire" this time. It was her biggest solo hit in the UK and we know she rehearsed it, so if she's ever going to do it, now is the time. I suspect we'll get something like this:
Gold & Braid
If Anyone Falls
Rooms on Fire (I wish!)
Belle Fleur
Wild Heart
Bella Donna
Moonlight
Rhiannon
Stand Back
Crying In The Night
Gold Dust Woman
Edge of Seventeen
And then Stop Draggin' during Tom's set.

I hate to burst bubbles... but the way this is being promoted is such that Stevie is likely not doing any of her 24K Gold set - she will appear on stage w/ Tom & The Heartbreakers as their special guest as she did on a leg of their 2006 tour which was released commercially. I'd expect the same songs that were done 10 years ago - SDMHA, I Need To Know, Insider, and Stevie singing background during "Don't Come Around Here No More" and "Learning to Fly." I think Stevie's people should clarify that she is not doing her own set, or bringing her band over to Europe.

I forgot about "I Need To know". Also she probably do backup on some of his hits like she did in 2006.

I would love to see Bob Dylan pop in on Tom's tour and do this with Tom and Stevie.

Stevie was also Tom Petty's special guest in 2006. She wasn't the opening act, like with Chrissie Hynde, but sort of a part of their band. Here's Tom's set list.

I saw the show- I remember Stevie taking the lead on "I Need To Know," sung Tom's way. It was his band for the whole show. It was a great show. Stevie didn't sing on every song. She came out for a few.
Here's a review:

Actually, no, she is doing her own set. At least, that's what the video's on Stevie's facebook and on BST Hyde Park's facebook suggest. As with Hard Rock Calling in 2011, Stevie was billed as a special guest but was actually the lead support act for Rod Stewart.
If you look, the ad says "Very Special Guests Stevie Nicks & The Lumineers". The Lumineers are highly unlikely to all perform on stage for a few songs with The Heartbreakers - both are suppporting acts with their own set.

I agree. I'm fairly certain she will do her own set. Each of the BST shows are being promoted as a day of concerts with a headline act and several supporting acts. They open around 1/2pm until at least 10pm so there must be quite a few other acts.
I also agree that it's likely to be about an hour long set.
I would still be nice to have all this confirmed

When I saw the ad, I interpreted it as that she was a guest on stage with TP, but then it made me think again: You do not advertise it like that 7 months in advance. It makes no sense that Stevie made an appointment in her schedule so early for just a few songs with Tom Petty on a stage in Europe. Also the mention of The Luminiers (do even know their music) as special guests ... it doesn't make sense that they will have a guest appearance on stage advertised like that. Most of the time they keep such things a secret. Back in 2012 I saw Tom Petty in Amsterdam and Pearl Jam would play a few days later ... so he brought Eddy Vedder to the stage as a special guest for two songs. NOT prior advertised.
It is being advertised as the only European-show on this tour/in 2017. So I think Stevie wants to please the European-fans as well and travels with Tom to do so. In my honest opinion, Hyde Park can house all of the die-hard European Stevie and Tom Petty fan together in just one show, so that's a win-win.
So I expect a concert day with several opening acts, including Stevie, with TP and the HB as main act.
Hopefully she'll stick to her current setlist, but I do not care if she plays her standard setlist, because she hasn't toured Europe solo since 1989 ....

I would say there will be a decent amount of Stevie's songs, and I'm sure that she will probably just stick with her "go to" material.
