So I'm a bit OCD about proper music tagging, and I'm wondering where to capitalize certain words in Stevie Nicks songs.
For example, iTunes writes "Leather and Lace" and "Outside the Rain", but previously I've seen it tagged as "Leather And Lace" and "Outside The Rain".
Which version is the proper one?

Good question. I would also like to know.

If I remember well you should capitalize only nouns and verbs apart from the first word of the sentence.

Yes, really it should be Leather and Lace.

True, but would you say that to Bob Dylan? I would guess the writer could list it any way he/she wishes. My Bella Donna LP sleeve says LEATHER AND LACE but that's probably printer's choice. The old Nicks Fix says Leather and Lace.
“It’s the poet that I am – it’s the way I write,” says Stevie. SO, I'm not certain if proper grammar will decide this for you twinmatrix! It's a puzzlement!

Interesting, what about ROOMS ON FIRE and LOVE'S A HARD GAME TO PLAY?
Specifically referring to ON and TO.
I capitalize every word, but that's just me.
