To the moderator of the Stevie Nicks forum: I'm not sure if this has been posted and/or discussed already. If it has, then please remove this thread.
Ms. Nicks has finally pulled out my two of all time favorites: "The Wild Heart," and "Bella Donna" during a tour stop in Phoenix, AZ, on 10/25/16. This made me so freakin' happy! I was like "Thank you, Stevie! It's about damn time!" I think she gave a stellar performance, just absolutely amazing!!! Now, if she ever does "Sleeping Angel," I would die a happy fan! Greedy, I know, but I can't help it... I love that one to pieces!
Here is the link to the clip: https://youtu.be/1C2jj6B7d-M
(Amateur video)
P.S. please refrain from leaving negative comments!
Thank you and enjoy,

I can't imagine anyone leaving a negative comment, especially after seeing the video you posted. Stevie is one special lady, and you managed to capture it all. "Don't you know that the stars are apart of us?" That's pure Nicks. I'm glad you had fun.

Oh, it's not my video I forgot to clarify that. Sorry about that. And, I'm referring to the negative comments that have been posted lately. I don't want it to spill into my thread. Oh

The Stevie section is usually safe from these type of comments, they are mostly in some of the Rumours threads.
However talking about more interesting things, Have you seen the lovely blog Danielle has made for the tour? She even organized pictures, reviews and videos both for city and song: http://24-karat-gold-tour.tumblr.com/

'Sleeping Angel' was a staple of the set on the Enchanted Tour. (Maybe you already know that but are just saying you've never seen it in person.) :)

It sucked, she sounded terrible, the mashup didn't work, why is she even on this stupid solo tour and not in the studio with Fleetwood Mac, WHY WHY WHY!?
Sorry, couldn't resist.
Seriously though, asking people not to make negative comments and calling this "my thread"? Nah, not down with that. Last I heard, this is a public domain and anybody is entitled to post their opinion, postive or otherwise.
I actually love that she's being brave with her setlist, it doesn't happen often enough. And she nailed both songs.

No need to be a jerk and I heard you LOUD AND CLEAR. I completely disagree with you. I created this thread and I have the right to keep negativity out. Sorry if you don't like that.

While I understand your desire, I think the moderators have something to say about that. Michelle has made it very clear that people can express whatever opinion they want in ANY forum, and that this is not a site that requires sycophantic adulation of any and all band members. :sorry:

I respect the opinions of other members, I do, really. But, this feels a bit uneven to me. I have to bite my tounge on negative comments but its accecptable that I get unfairly criticized for asking for peace within a thread I made?

why do you have to bite your tongue on negative comments? You are absolutely free to disagree and give alternate opinions. That's the whole point... short of people being personally nasty or insulting to each other, no one should have to hide their opinions.

Bella Donna is one of my favorites of hers but I never liked Wild Heart that much, especially after hearing the dressing room version. I know there was no way that could have been recorded since it wasn't her music that was the backing track but I so wish it had.

I'm the exact opposite. I've never really cared for Bella Donna but The Wild Heart is one of my all time favorite Stevie songs.

Yes, you're quite free to disagree with a negative comment. You needn't bite your tongue. You just can't attack the person offering the negative comment, but you should certainly feel free to give your opposite viewpoint.
If the negativity of this board bothers you, that's perfectly understandable. When you're passionate about something, it's depressing to run into Debbie Downers who dampen your enthusiasm. If that's what is happening to you here, I think it's best for you to leave.

I agree. The vocals and energy on Wild Heart boost it above Bella Donna for me as a whole. Although, the strong singles, Leather and Lace and SDMHA, were solo career makers.

I don't want to leave. I enjoy this messageboard very much. I think I'm just going to ignore those comments and avoid getting myself interjected in drama.

If I can give an advice to you and to all the others that may get fed up with negativity on this board, try to ignore the bad comments and just keep on making good contributions, that is the only way to counteract the negativity on a forum instead of leaving.

The negativity I've seen on this place is almost amusing. Not to sound mean but some people are way too old to be sounding like a kid throwing a tantrum. I'd recommend to go outside and smell the fresh air and to remember that while it's great to be a fan, no one is gonna die over what Fleetwood Mac does or doesn't do.

I don't like being told what I can and can't say by someone who isn't a moderator.
Actually, strike that, I don't like someone telling me what I can and can't say full stop, moderator or not.
I've been on here for a long time and I've been a Stevie fan for a long time, I'm entitled to an opinion as much as anyone else, negative or otherwise. It's not necessarily about what you say, but how you say it.

well it's all really just a matter of....opinion:eek:
one person's negativity is another person's honesty and vice versa.
Though I wholeheartedly agree that no one is going to live or die because of anything this band does....though it seems some people might feel that way. ;)

Look, I'm not telling what you can or can't say. I was only asking that the ignorant "Stevie is a goat"comments be left off. I forgot to clarify that. I just want people who may not like this performance, to share their opinions without being mean or over the top about it. I apologize for the way in which I handled this. I hope there are no hard feelings. I agree with you about the fact that Stevie has shaken up her setlist. Very refreshing.

KBCO: I was wondering if you had seen the episode of the animated series South Park where they used 'Landslide' recently.
STEVIE: I haven't seen it, but I okay'd it. They called me and asked me. It was going into production the next day, and I was in London doing press. You know, I like South Park, and I like the two guys that do it. I think they're really funny and I think that they're relevant. You know, they already did an episode kind of about me a long time ago, and I got kidnapped by the Afghanistan people and they sent the army in to get me. Yes, I was a little goat in a cape. But who cares? It was hysterical. The fact is, they sent the whole army in to get me.

Right or I would have jumped off this nice orange bridge out here when it became apparent that the sole function of the band is to pad their respective retirement nest eggs.

Steph's filled with fire and enthusiasm. This is one pumped-up senior. She's got joy written all over her face. This solo tour is her happy place, quite obviously.
Stevie's management ought to think about having Palladia/MTV Live broadcast some of this stuff, with the Pretenders.

What I find amusing is the fact that people are actually fighting because they've been asked not to fight.

I wish this wasn't a shared tour. The Pretenders have zero appeal to me and it sort of kills some of the buzz. If she was to do a tour with someone, I think it should be with an act more similar to her in terms of genre/era/position. Maybe Linda Ronstadt if she was still singing (so sad). Wasn't she once also called the Queen of Rock?

Ah. Good point. I forget they're the opening act. I always see pictures and videos of them onstage together so I always think they're like a shares show or something.
