Nice, I hadn't listened to it yet!
Reminds me of a similar video I loved:

This is a 'vocals only' version of "Stand Back" highlighting the unique voice of Stevie Nicks. Only her voice, plus a single drum occasionally in the background (was on on the same track so couldn't remove it). Enjoy it? Thats a really nice version. Its really clear and great to hear her vocals without the music. Thanks for sharing it!!:D

is that a drum, or maybe her foot tapping? Think of her in the Tusk video when recording Angel… although you'd expect she would be on a carpet or rug of some kind that would muffle any foot stomps….
thanks for posting!

I never realized those vocals were all her own layered in rather than the girls. Very cool.

It says it's a drum, but I also think it's similar to a foot stomping.
I think it's deliberate, a drum that's meant to sound like a tapping foot.

I heard it a while back but didn't post it here as I presumed it had been posted (I shouldn't make these presumptions). I played it very loud in my kitchen one day which added an echo to it - totally haunting and goosebumpy. Her voice is just incredible on this. Thanks for posting.
