Mirage Tour Question

Why did Stevie wear that black thing on her neck during this tour? I read it had somewhere sometime it had something to do with Robin, but I would like confirmation :D
Also, my first of hopefully many posts! ( I've been following the forum for years under wraps :cool: )

Some people think it was like a mourning ribbon for Robin. That's possible but I personally think it was just a fashion thing, because she had different types of ribbons, some weren't black, thin ones, serrated, long ones. She just liked how it looked, she wore them again during some shows from the Wild Heart tour and that she was done with it.
