Not bad for an album that has yet to be released, yes?

It's now at #73! :)
I wonder if the Rolling Stone article helped out with its "jump".

The 2 singles have yet to show up on the AAA radio charts, which is very discouraging. Lady doesn't show up as an ADD ON during the next few weeks. :distress:

She is releasing a video for some song, sometime, so they must have some type of plan.

wait, I bet they debut the video on the Voice. That would garner a lot of attention.

Her appearance on The Voice, a high-profile show, will prove to be an effectual marketing factor. It's great timing for its concurrence with the release of her album. When does the show return? Do you think Stevie will be there at the get go, or will she be introduced later in the series?
We can assume some level of promotion for her album on the show was negotiated in her contract.
Stevie must be very happy and excited with how well it's going with the buildup buzz and impending launch of her album.

Yes! It premieres 9/22. Absolutely perfect cross-promotion.

Now I really can't believe it. It's now at #36. Not sure why it has gained so much interest in only 24 hours but there you go. Fantastic! :)
Also, for some reason the album has jumped from outside the top 100 to #37 in the UK which is INCREDIBLE, especially in the UK. Does anyone know if anything happened today to increase interest in the album as this much of an increase is very weird.

I have no idea, but nothing happened where we are today, I can imagine. Maybe just the fact that it's been exposed to everyone while it's on the charts, and as more people see it the more they download it

Rollingstone may have helped.

I don't know why people who complain about fans who care about sales or chart positions would bother to post on this thread.:laugh::laugh:

That is incredible. I've been pondering on it, and I think the press articles will be helping - Rolling Stone as Jondalar mentioned, and she's also got a couple of articles in the NME. So there is a build up of marketing, and maybe people really like the sound of Lady and so they are pre-ordering the album. Just guesses...

It's now at #25 in the US! AMAZING! I apologise to those who are annoyed by chart info but as a Stevie fan I'm just excited about the success the album is already receiving. :)

Because humans are complex beings. We may not care so much, but we are still engaged and interested in what's happening.
