Problems with my pre-order. Help?

I just pre-ordered the deluxe version of 24 Karat Gold, the one with the book. I tried to buy the vinyl version, but the link wouldn't connect. Is it sold out? Surely they will meet the demand for the album!:shrug:

Also, I got the digital download of The Dealer. But my computer freaked out when I tried to play it. Very frustrating: I don't what is the problem with it.

I thought someone posted the song here on The Ledge. Or maybe I'm just dreaming. Can someone share it?

I have had that problem...I think it's just the WB site try again...Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't...

I just recorded "The Dealer" from you tube with the digital recorder on my computer (It's been on repeat most of the day)...You might try one of the converters that will grab the you tube audio and download a mp3 for you...

If anyone continues to encounter problems ordering the vinyl edition through the Warner Bros store, Amazon.com now has it available to pre-order at the same price.

For the Warner site, it took a few minutes to load when I ordered too, and we have a fast connection, just let it try for a while, it should get there.

For the song: sorry if this is too obvious - but did you unzip the download file? It was zipped when I got it, and you have to extract it with something like winzip or 7zip before you can play it.

With Firefox browser .I just tested the WM store with her vinyl selection and it works OK.This was at 1:08 AM EDT .I think its the WM site having overload problems.I might get another copy before they sell out.
