Can somebody tell me when this song was written? Could this be the 1969 song that is going on 24k gold? It's very early. Reminds me of Candlebright, Without You and Cat Stevens…It's a good song.

The Cath Carroll book says it is either Fritz or BN era... Specific, yeah? We can safely say it is at least 40 years old.
