I cancelled my trip yesterday, had a free room and everything. Check ebay and if brave enough try negotiating outside the venue night of show.

Instant downloads are not an issue, I get 90%+ of my ticket purchases using electronic downloads. I recommend sticking with one of the major reputable ticket brokers such as Ticketmaster, StubHub, TickPick, TicketsNow, etc. since there are scams out there.

Electronic/instant downloads are not an issue - I use that method for about 90% of my ticket purchases. I recommend sticking with one of the major ticket brokers such as Ticketmaster, StubHub, TickPick or TicketsNow since there are some scams out there. If you're not buying on one of the major sites, a couple of things to look for to reduce chances of getting scammed are 1) if the ticket prices are a lot lower than the major sites, that would be a warning sign and 2) look for a logo of the company providing website security for the ticket site such as VeriSign, Norton, McAfee, etc. Good luck.

Everyone looking for tickets needs to exercise some patience. There is very little demand for 3 NYC area shows(2 @ MSG & 1 @ Pru), and almost no demand for the 2 Philly shows. Resellers will start dropping prices 2-3 days before show dates, and if you wait until the day of the show, you WILL win big-time.

StubHub protects you from fake tix. I have bought from them and have had no trouble. I have never paid a ton over face though so I understand your fear. I have tix for show but can't find a room. I wanted to stay downtown but can't find a thing. Guess we will be staying outside of MNPLS.

I just bought two tickets, section A row 17, on StubHub the other night. I bit the bullet with the price ($360 each), but that was my absolute max. It's a little more than $100 over face value, and I adamantly wanted floor seats.

I was stalking StubHub for a few months. It really depends what section you're gunning for. If it's a floor seat your after, I would think that some of the ones closer to the stage will go down in the next two weeks (they're like $600+ now). But the more moderately priced ones were steadily selling and I wasn't willing to take that chance.

There are still a lot of seats left in the arena as a whole — the October 7th show has something like 1,500 tickets left. So I think if it's just a ticket you're after, you're safe to wait it out a little more.

Question for anyone who has advice about when to see FM: So now that they added 20 shows, I have a few options. Should I try to see them tomorrow at Newark or wait until January? Any chance that the setlist will be different after Christmas for the second leg? I'm kind of hoping for differences from Stevie and Lindsey, both of whom only changed one song from last year. Maybe by then Hold Me will be in? ...or it could be exactly the same like the 2013 set was for both legs.

If you have a pair of Stevie-like platform boots, the extra height might help some. I'm 5'3" and I appreciated the extra boost to see a little better. Our last show we paid through the nose and got 8th row center and If I can possibly avoid it, I don't think I ever want to do anything further back again. It was so nice to finally be able to see something other than the backs/heads of row after row of taller people. There will be a huge screen/backdrop though, so you can always catch some close-up camera views of what's going on. I'm with you, curse this short body! ;)

In the past, I was always able to buy good seats (first 10 rows) at face value. My strategy...just be patient and the good seats would open up. Often times they would open up on the day the tickets went on sale.

Now it seems like the venue, ticketmaster and everyone else is in the scalping business...the best seats go to the highest bidder. I was disappointed that the best seats available during the public sale were in row 20 for $200 per ticket. I refused to pay that kind of money for average seats. Now those seats are long gone. So here's my question, will there be ticket drops closer to the event? Or are people really paying $300-$500 per ticket for anything closer than the 20th row. Maybe those who are going to shows this Fall can weigh in on this question.

I have an opportunity to buy two seats on row 13 for $300 each, but I am struggling with that kind of money for a concert. Even Fleetwood Mac with Christine McVie back in the band. I'm considering the "cheap seats" but I hate to pay $100 per seat for the highest nose bleed seats. Am I out of touch? Thanks for the advice.

As others have said, if Stevie becomes the roadblock that stymies the last album the Rumours era band could have made, it will be a big blemish on her reputation. After all, she isn't even doing the heavy work the rest of the band is doing; most that falls on Lindsey, and the other musicians. Yet, Stevie gets to wear the crown.

Most of the heavy work falls on Lindsey and the other musicians? Are you just referring to the fact that they are playing instruments and Stevie is not? Because if you think that it is easy or no work to be the lead singer and put that kind of pressure on your voice doing vocals/harmonies on 20 songs during a 2,5 hour show then you are wrong!!

In that persepctive she is under even MORE pressure than the rest of the band due to the fact that her voice is her ONLY instrument.

I think April will be Australia/New Zealand. If you look at the itinerary for the 2013 tour, Australia/NZ was basically booked for about a month (11/10-12/7).

I also think the Europe dates are really small compared to 2013. I mean where is France, more Germany, Sweden, etc.? If you look at the 2013 Europe dates, there were more cities. I think more Europe dates have yet to be announced.

Lastly, where is the second leg for the west coast of the US? Lot's of eastern dates added already on the second leg, but not west yet. I expect more again, perhaps after Europe.

None of this looks good for studio/album work until a year from now, just as Stevie mentioned in this recent interview.

It's more like Stevie will be committing financial suicide. If she blows this, she'll be back to doing package tours with Rod Stewart, while 4/5 of the classic Mac could still do smaller arenas on their own.

Yes, she likes the money as much as anyone else. She doesn't "need" it, but she has a certain lifestyle and has a lot of people on her payroll. If they did do an album without her, if they wanted to tour again with her in 2-3 years, her pocketbook is not going to let her refuse, no matter if she is mad at them.

She makes money when she tours solo, but it's a lot of work and a lot of overhead. It's not like she socks a lot away on the solo tours. The FM tours replenish the stockpile. She benefits as much from an FM tour as anyone else. It's not charity work.

You can sell them right on ticketmaster. I did this for Orlando since I'm just not feeling seeing the exact same show again this time. You could also try ebay or your craigslist as mentioned. What is the seat(s) location? Asking because I know a couple of co-workers that said they might try attending that show in Miami.

For me, I spent $350 on Indy, and I just can't justify two big tickets. I'm hoping for a ($100-ish) nosebleed in Nashville, but the cheapest thing I see is $212. I may just show up outside the venue, and hope someone is trying to unload an extra ticket they got stuck with.

It's interesting to see how much more expensive the tickets are for some cities as they are for others (e.g., platinum seats for the Midwest are $500-range v. $1300 or more in L.A.).

I would very much like to see the show again but have read that L.A. Forum is very uncomfortable and it's in a very bad part of town. Is that true? The Forum is a beautiful venue. I thought the sound was incredible. The neighborhood isn't great, but there is plenty of parking at the arena. I plan on going back. The Nov shows there were amazing.

Yes, I once sold a 6th row ticket I had posted on Stub Hub on the day of the concert for $500. I was shocked that it went for that much that late in the game.

Stevie may have been feeling tired and over worked but when she is on stage she is a professional and gives her audience all that she's got.You will one day completely regret this decision not to go. I agree with Viv.I take in every Stevie/FM show that I can and treat it like my last show.We never know when they will throw the towel in or I cant make it anymore to the shows.
