"Mac" I believe is the Facebook pre-sale password.

What will the VIP Presale Password be? Having a hard time justifying Mick's $750 price tag for pretty much the exact same package as last year's (at $450)...

Olive, that might work. But what I just learned (thanks to Ledge member Eugene) is that there are also other codes that work for "Amex Preferred Seating" that are not your Amex card number.

For example, the telephone number of customer service for a premium card:

I was on the second they went on sale searching for both Tampa and Sunrise. At first back floor section were coming up and mid arena rear seating. Sometimes a prompt came up saying "High Demand" right now. I kept searching and finally accepted FL3 Row 20 Seat 1-3 for the Tampa show.

Last year I was in row 5 on Lindsey's side. It was incredible. I'm happy to be back a little further to be honest, complete view of the stage and usually better sound than at the stage. In Columbus I had row 4 of the center section and that was fantastic too.

So happy to see all five of them together again...its been a long time.

I purchased for ATL using my AMEX. I didn't have to enter a code and got pretty good seats in the 211 section. I have a 9 year old daughter, so I didn't even go for floor seating. I figured she would have a hard time seeing with everyone standing up around her. We are so excited! This is her first Mac show!!!! :]:nod::laugh:

Just chiming in here. I used my dad's Amex card to get tickets (San Jose show) , and my friend did too (Oakland show). We both got second tier floor seats. I will be trying the facebook presale and then the regular on sale too, but at least I know that if nothing else, I"ll be on the floor, all be it far from the stage. But since there are screens now, it'll be fine. I'm just really excited to hear Christine sing with them again. :) :)

I tried for both Inglewood shows, San Jose and Sacramento. Never even pulled up tickets lol. Tried for the VIP too but nothing ever came up.

you do know that it is a limited selection of seats not a roulette of everything ...and keep in mind 90% of good seats are Micks , Stubhub /scalpers and Platinum seats

The password is the phone number on the back of your card.
no dashes and include the 1.

I got amazing floor seats for one of the LA shows.
Dead center on the floor in the 2nd section. But I ultimately decided not to buy them.
$896 for 4 tickets!
I just couldn't justify spending that kind of money for a setlist that I will be able to predict from the first song to the last.

So, I'll live the tour vicariously through the rest of you from reviews and youtube videos.
Unless I breakdown last minute and decide to get a ticket through stubhub later in the year…

You have to enter the Amex code (phone number) every time you retry for new seats.

There should be plenty of "cheaper" tickets available once the general public sale takes place. I'd also check the facebook and LiveNation presales. I think there is an option to click on the price range you are looking for. Good Luck.

Thanks so much. My dad had me get a couple of the more expensive tickets as a suprise for my mom, and as much as Id love to splurg for my own, I just can't justify spending more than $100. I'll definitely keep my eye out for the other pre-sales, I'm impatient ;-) Thanks again!

Me too! LOL. Anyways, last tour I waited till the last minute almost to buy tickets. The good news in it was that I got Platinum seating for Opening night in Columbus for row 4 Center. I also got 5th Row for Tampa at face value.

Sometimes if you are looking for a "single" ticket it is better to wait and check ebay and ticketmaster on a daily basis, and often some great seats become available day of show. Fellow board members often post extra tickets here also.

The Facebook code for all cities is mac? Will it just ask me to type it in on ticketmaster when I go to buy my tickets? Also, dumb question, is the password case sensitive?

Same here for Columbus, password MAC worked fine but tix the same as Amex presale, second set of floor seats, back rows of lower bowl. Plenty of seats but not ones I want.

not a rational fear. watch the venues that have maps. you can see whole new sections of seats showing up periodically. they are not offering all seats or section at once. it's just hard to know which ones they'll offer when.

these FM shows are selling really well, better than last year, and platinum tickets are going like crazy (they were not selling nearly as well last year!) - which probably means that possibility of good last minute drops seems to be greatly diminished. :(

however these FM shows are not all going to scalpers at the rate Springsteen shows are, for example. his shows you cannot even get in for the first few hours of presale, and by the time you are able to, the show is either sold out or there are only the farthest worst tickets left.

I am looking at California venues. Tickets that are in the 20th row at the very top tiers around the arena. Those seats are not worth 118 dollars through ticketmaster. Those should be priced at least at the 60 dollar price level. Wouldn't you say? How are you doing on ticket purchases Eugene?

I only have tickets for Philly right now....lower bowl section closest to the stage on Christine's side...Newark & MSG will be game day decisions based on StubHub bargains.

$60 tickets were probably very limited to the last rows in the far side uppers.
