John obviously looks thin but still looks healthy. Perhaps he will gain back some weight once treatment is over. I wish him the best.

I think this should be their goodbye tour. They should be well prepared, rehearse, practice up, release their new album and kick off the final tour in the spring of 2015, 40 years after the release of their first album together. The group is complete again for their last tour ever. Make it count, they are all about 70 years old. This would be the best way to end it. Christine coming out of retirement for Fleetwood Mac's goodbye tour. It sounds depressing, I know, but think about it, wouldn't this be the best way to finish the book?

Yes. It's very odd posing. They don't all look like they were together, that's for sure. Strange.

I joked elsewhere that the stair foyer looks like one in some SYW press pics. The Sn/LB could be from SYW, and Chris from In The Meantime. Only John & Mick shot recently. lmao. It's possible. But compositionally the photo wouldn't make sense unless she was standing there. So, at the very least, the group posed knowing she would be photoshopped in. The romantic in me insists she was there with all of them!

Love it and need more (and seriously, the rest of SnL's 'fun' photoshoot from last year wouldn't go amiss either...). Doesn't look photoshopped in the same way other photos so clearly have been so I'm assuming all five were there. Also, I'm liking this trend of Stevie and Lindsey holding hands over his chest or shoulder while she stands slightly behind him. The power couple continues on then, I guess. :D

In the enlarged version that David posted, you can see John's chair showing through Christine's sheer scarf. So she was either there for the photo-shoot, or they used a body-double and photoshopped her head in later. :eek:
My money is on the former, however.

In addition, Mick is 6'6" and Steve's head top is nearly at Micks eyes. Also, the giveaway is she's taller than Lindsey. All of this could be explained if she's standing on a one foot box:shrug:

In addition, there is a lack shadows off John and the rest compared to Chris's shadow (dead giveaway for a poor photo shop job).

John appears to have lost weight and is sitting on a chair, probably due to Chemotherapy (don't know just a guess).

I believe tickets will be marginally more, however they will probably sell out a lot faster. If FM and company markets this correctly, (and I think they will), it's going to be RUMOURS LINE UP, Rumours, Rumours, Rumours, Christine's back, blah blah blah...

2013 tour will be forgotten from a marketing point of view.

In the full picture Stevie is standing on a ledge that is probably 4"-6" high and built into the front of the staircase. I noticed the shadows behind Chris and the lack around the remaining band but I think the chair showing through Chris scarf somewhat indicated the photo is real. There may be some touch up here and there but I think they were together for the shoot. I could be wrong though.

I have noticed over the years they do that in a lot of promo photos for bands, tv shows, movies, stuff like that. A lot of times in a promo photo everyone is making just a blah kinda face, very little emotion, and then there's always one person in the photo smiling.

they are incredibly greedy. (although not as much as the eagles, i'll give you that). but they are also lazy and don't want to move their little finger and do anything extra other than playing their shows.

I just can't see them as being all that greedy when they have such poor marketing. If they cared about dough, they'd find better ways to get some.

They just make all of their money on touring and don't even bother with other avenues of profit and because they have access to the same people that the Eagles do, it seems that their must be experts around to tell them what they're doing wrong. They just don't listen.

If there is an album, I hope we get a really good cover for it. The Dance was bad. I liked the SYW cover a lot. I hope we get something as good with the 5 of them.

If we just get an EP and not an album, they will probably use the same publicity photos from last week on it and not do a new photo shoot.
