Sorry if someone posted this already, but I didn't see it. Last night I in a restaurant that was playing the Voice on a bar TV. Heard a familiar song! haha! Didn't see the performance, really, but posted the video below for you to enjoy. Adam talks about Stevie and says she has the greatest female voice in rock. Duh...

Funny story, at exactly the same time, the restaurant was also playing a Philly radio station, maybe 102.9 or 101.1, and Landslide (The Dance) was playing. Got my money's worth in that restaurant!

After watching that I'm like, Stevie who????

Really? She has a decent enough voice, but it just didn't seem like an ideal match for this song.

After watching that, I was like, "Bekka, is that you?"

[From a Twin Cities Pioneer Press interview with Perkins by Amy Carlson, March 12, 2014]

A founding member of the rock band Scarlet Haze, which once opened for Bon Jovi, Perkins is currently in two cover bands -- Northern Comfort and Dirty Word. She mentions Stevie Nicks, Heart, Journey and the Doobie Brothers when talking about musical influences.

I usually don't like cover songs but this girls' voice really impressed me and I enjoyed the new arrangement she gave in GDW.
