This has just popped up in my Facebook newsfeed. I have of course pre-ordered my copy, despite being in the UK and not being able to watch it. But hey, it's signed and comes with extras.

I've downloaded the photo's already and they're rather gorgeous.

I was in a hurry ordering but now I have noticed it says "Handwritten letter by Stevie Nicks. Individually numbered high quality print"...DVD personally signed by Stevie Nicks...But in the email from WB it says "Signed DVD insert" :confused:
If they went through the trouble of having numbered prints of the letter made why not have Stevie sign those instead???

You will still be able to purchase the DVD when it goes on sale on Dec. 3rd, just not with the extras. I would have been happy with just the DVD but I was compelled to see the pictures. I had no idea that all the pics would be posted online in the same day of release. I never cared about autographs either. So basically I paid 25.00 more than you will have to and frankly, I would have rather saved the money for something more important.

I think that was an issue that they realized bootleggers were buying multiples to re sell. It's almost like the Obamacare health plan where the website was not set up and tested in advance. I hear the thousand new additions are sold out as well.

First editions of books are usually the most sought after so the IYD bundles with the low #'s should be more sought after...Also I don't think Stevie will want to sign 1,000's more so it's possible we may see a different "limited edition" that she hasn't personally signed...

Ordered my DVD bundle this morning (my time) :)

Ran and got my credit card and placed the order on my iphone as fast as I could in order not to miss out, which meant that I could not use the download link that you got immediately on the page of order confirmation. AND apparently I must have, being in a hurry and doing it on my iphone, missed or gotten a letter wrong on my email address so I never got the order confirmation e-mail and can therefor not download the pictures.

Have contacted Warner Brothers but it will take them at least a business day to help me out so have to wait a few days :(

BUT am very happy and looking forward to the delivery in December :)

Considering how successful this single promotion is, I wish Stevie would make an effort to do something a bit more ambitious. There is obviously a market for it. Yes they were expensive but Stevie and her fans were raising money for a great cause. She should do something similar with her Katrina Storm Goddess artwork. Ordered my DVD bundle this morning (my time) :)

Ran and got my credit card and placed the order on my iphone as fast as I could in order not to miss out, which meant that I could not use the download link that you got immediately on the page of order confirmation. AND apparently I must have, being in a hurry and doing it on my iphone, missed or gotten a letter wrong on my email address so I never got the order confirmation e-mail and can therefor not download the pictures.

Have contacted Warner Brothers but it will take them at least a business day to help me out so have to wait a few days :(

BUT am very happy and looking forward to the delivery in December :)

i had to DL the photos twice.
the first time the page didn't load to anything...i blame ORBIT. it's a bit outdated and i can't be bothered deleting it.
Second time it worked fine.
It's a zip file.

i like the 1 per household. that's how it should be.

The letter is a print, but the signature on the insert of the DVD is hand written. I cannot believe I managed to order it four hours after it went on sale online. Just a few minutes later it was sold out.

Yes I see.Sammy got Charlie's Stephanie got Susan's , Peter got Joe's.

That will be hard to do even if Stevie has our names on the order form printout with the DVD package.I can see after she's done signing the 1500 DVD's then they go into WB''s personnel hands to get packed and shipped.That when the errors will start when they mix up the names on the DVDs that Stevie signed with the fans name and addresses.

I worked in a few fulfillment warehouses in the past and see these errors all the time since I was doing QC control.

It can be done If Stevie and Karen themselves do the project themselves and keeping their eyes on the names and not mixing them.

It would be time consuming for them but they will have fun and a good feeling that they did it for us.

DVD listed as a 2 Disc DVD.

It sounds like some stupid idiot in the WB music fulfillment center screwed your order up.

I've worked for years in these fulfillment centers and notice a handful of these employees are not the brightest.

Yes you are right.I dont know much about eCommerce but I got a feeling they just starting to go through the sales orders and probably the credit card info only can be hold for a short time on their servers before it gets deleted do to security purposes.I'm probably wrong about that idea but its a good thought.

I dont have a rulebook on hand on guide lines on eCommerce and credit companies.



Also if they just got to these orders.This will screw Stevie on time to sign them and she has to rush to do the job.Thats not fair.

If many people put pressure on them demanding to get what they ordered, maybe they'll hurry up and fix their sloppy work. The In Your Dreams DVD is the second best selling item on WB store for days, right behind Chers new album, and I am sure the special bundle offer had a lot to do with building a hype around the DVD, and stimulating the sales.

One thing about the mail delivery here is he's getting here later and later.The latest that I've seen him is around 6pm.

I think the package will be small enough to slip into regular mailbox.I've receive DVD's and CD's and they were in the mailbox.

I hope they dont leave it on the doorstep which end up wet and frozen to the step or get stolen.I've experience getting CD's stolen when delivered at my old apartment . They probably were disappointed because they were country music CD's.
I was lucky they were replaced with a new shipment.

Yes you are right.I'm not sure about how it gets transferred since I've been away from the shipping biz for awhile.Its probably right for other countries too and it has to go through customs which should have no problem.

UPS has to pickup the international mail and get delivered by local UPS or mailman.

I thought that videos had been filmed for the following tracks:

We have seen snippets of video footage in regard to all of these at one point or another, but it's possible that the missing five were not actually completed (in terms of post-production). Maybe some full-length clips of the songs actually being recorded might have been a nice inclusion (eg the original band version of Soldier's Angel?).

I'm not keen on the actual IYD documentary, but think the full, unedited cut should have been released to dvd - it would have perhaps made sense of everything and concentrated on more than just a run-through of the album tracks. Additionally, it seems that various live footage was shot during 2011 and 2012, which could have been included.

Mine was delivered today...I don't live in town and my mailbox is out by the road so I had it sent to a relatives house as I did not know if I would be home and did not want the driver leaving it on the ground...I will pick it up on Monday...My guess is all 1,000 of the IYD packages were boxed up then the postage was applied so low numbers are not on a first come first serve basis...

Will I just got done watching and that I'm wordless now.I've seen it over a year ago on a big movie screen.Now I watched it on my portable 7 inch DVD player next to my bed and felt the same as I watched it then.

No popcorn allowed in bed but sodas were allowed.

I'd be willing to bet that ALL 1,000 IYD packages were sent to be labeled and shipped at the same time...That's why you are seeing "first round" orders with high #'s and "second round" with low #'s...It also wouldn't surprise me if WB planned on selling 1,000 "Limited edition" IYD packages all along...The "only 500 available" may have just been a trick to get the sales off to a good start...

I agree.I dont know if Stevie wanted to sign 5k DVD's on top of what she signed already and plus she got the B&N signing later this week.She loves those kind of signings right in front of her fans.


As noted earlier The signed DVD is already up on sleaze-Bay for about $600.00 plus shipping.Over my dead body I would not sell my copy for $600.00 on Sleaze-Bay.Even if I'm desperate for cash.

Personally I would not buy something like this unless it was from the artist or record company itself..."Think about it" how hard would it be for someone to make copies of the signed insert & letter & package them with an IYD DVD and pass them off as one of the 1,000 "Limited edition's"...

Thats a good question .I've been wondering what happen to to extras that Stevie signed already for the people that got dumped do to problems with their credit cards that did not go through.

They should of put a reserve notice on them and give the buyer a chance to get their credit card problems ironed out instead of dumping them.

mine came yesterday number 457 and i actually managed to order it days after both batches were supposed to be sold out...also the best buy "2 disc" version is not real. best buy only has the same standard 1 disc version that we all got. guy at best buy said he had no idea why they listed it as 2 disc.
