A gentleman I know was cleaning out his girlfriend's closet for a garage sale and came across a tour jacket from the White Winged Dove tour. Apparently a girlfriend of hers had given it to her along with a bunch of other clothes and she didn't want it but was too nice to throw it away so its been sitting in the back of her closet for years. Since he knew I was a huge Nicks fan, he sent me some pictures of it to see if I wanted it. (Of course, I do).

Anyway, it's got "Philip" embroidered on the front. Clearly this would have been someone that worked on the tour in some capacity... just wondering if anyone had any guesses as to who the original owner of this jacket might have been?

Well, on Waddy's site there is a Phil Jones credited.

I saw that, but I think that he just did percussion for 2 songs on the album, and not anything related to the actual tour. But still, it's a possibility.

Wow, what a find. It's sort of a cool jacket, but sort of not cool in an 80's kind of way.

I bet it would look nice framed up after being professionally cleaned.

I love that jacket.To bad that Phillip gave it up,

I would be afraid to wear it out anywhere .I dont want to ruin it.

I do remember that I seen these jackets on Epay for a pretty good penny.

I equate the "fans" who do not know who Philip is to the same "fans" who cannot sing the entire second half of Annabel Lee perfectly!

Philip? Seriously? It's like not knowing who Rebecca Alvarez is?

even introduced her at a few concerts.
