Stevie Nicks AMAZING old Encino Home

A lot of you may have seen this video before (it's from 2011) but I could not find a thread for it so I made my own. I had heard that Stevie sold her Encino CA home several years ago, but never heard how spectacular it was.

I mean 5 story's tall? A 2 story waterfall and grotto when you walk in the front door???
HOLY CRAP??? This my friends is what we call "Doing it Stevie Nicks Style" And at such a bargain...

George's house was featured on some celebrity homes show within the last year or so. I think he bought it 1994. It didn't seem this extravagant, and I definitely don't think it was 5 stories. I also seem to recall the purchase price was rather modest compared to what this one must go for. I'm sure some other Ledgie must know for sure.

I think I may be alone in finding this home remarkably hideous :s It's so overdone and gaudy :/ Buuut that's just my opinion.

You are right. Clooney bought her Studio City house for about $2.2 million. It is not the five story Encino house. However, if I were referring to either one of the houses as "Fantasyland,"I believe the Encino house would win that title. The house Clooney bought is very nice, but not nearly so over-the-top and not 5 stories.

I'm not fond of the stairwell grotto. I try to imagine how hard it would be to have to keep that area clean.

I remember the stupid local channel pre-empted this episode the first time around for some BS infomercial programing.

She probably had to hire an army of cleaning people to keep it clean .

She probably clean it on her down time when she's off the road.

I can picture her humming and singing away as she cleans.

Wasn't this vid from like 5 or 6 years ago (perhaps longer). I recall seeing it years back. IIRC, she hasnt lived there in years and they went on to the "haunted "mansion" that she promptly put up for sale right after purchase.

I cant recall when it was first aired but I do remember I was pissed when it got pre-emted.
