Awww, you're welcome Lindsfan. It's funny because I'll be sitting here watching Linds vids and all of a sudden I'll see something and think" "That needs to be made into a gif." LOL. Kinda weird but oh well. I guess I also look for the cute, non-popular moments too since those seem to stand out more to me. I hope it's similar to reading your mind.

Not every fan obsesses over them as I do, but all these nuances that you are kind enough to preserve, are certainly part of what makes Lindsey so compelling...and so adorable, as well.

Oh I am well into the obsession part Lindsfan, and have been since some time last year. I decided to watch The Dance concert because I hadn't seen it in a while (I've had the DVD since 1997) and it was all over from there. It was like re-discovering the first time I had seen them back when I was 11. I remember being very fond of Lindsey even though he was 47 at the time. It has been all over since then lol.

I know that feeling about things. Like I'll have a dvd set (in my china cabinet. I don't keep dishes in there, just dvds!) sitting around for a couple of years and I don't pay attention to it and then one day I pop it in the player and suddenly my fate is sealed. I'm obsessed and just think how long I went around oblivious to something that could have this much of a hold on me.

My cable went out for almost 3 days last week and I had a lot of series I could have watched on DVD and I never watched anything actually, but I just thought to myself, "See you could have finally opened that Lost package and maybe you would love it and you would be immersed. But you didn't. And now you'll never know."

Sometimes things hit you and it's like being run over by a car. Now, that Dance dvd . . . in 1997 I can remember sitting and watching it twice and then I went to the grocery store and it was like 9:00 p.m. and I thought, "Oh, if I get home in time I can watch it again." I was out of my mind, but it's only over FM.

Yes, yes, you nailed it Michele! This is what I have been trying to explain to people but they just don't get it. It did feel like I had been run over by a car while watching that Dance dvd and it was that time finally that I realized the hold it had on me and it made me want to delve into whatever information I could find about them, and since then I've learned a lot.

I also do that with tv shows or movies I really like: "Oh if you start watching that again you'll realize how much you've missed it."

Hahaha...that grocery store story is funny. That'd be me too wanting to watch it again until I get tired of it.

Do you happen to know what he was reading? A fan-made sign? Someone wrote a song request on the setlist? You're welcome btw!

[elle]

Do you happen to know what he was reading? A fan-made sign? Someone wrote a song request on the setlist? You're welcome btw!

yes, all of the above. we put a shirt on the stage in front of him. it had large "Deep Dense" written on it, as a request.

he was not happy ;). this was at the very beginning of the song. when he was done with the song, he picked up the shirt and chucked it across the stage, towards his amps.

[SadAngel86]

Okay :D

How about some pogoing?

And at about :26 when he slides his hand up the neck at the end of the solo?

GYOW:
Maybe something with the fans strumming?
And jumping off the drum riser?
And the shark circling walk at the end?

THANKS!

And "shark walking" with obligatory butt shot!

I swear you read my mind. Seriously. You always focus on the same little nuances that I obsess over  I actually had considered editing my request again, and adding would you please get him kicking the cable out of the way as well, but decided I'd asked enough. Those little things just are so...Lindsey :)

Anyways, you rock, SadAngel  I LOVE all of these!!

Awww, you're welcome again! Pleasure that I can see the same nuances that you do. Usually this doesn't happen until I'm actually making a gif and then I see it and it turns out to be a good one.

You're so welcome, girls! Lindsfan, The first one....yes, I do like that one a lot too for the guitar playing but also for the colors.
Awww, the third one I just made because it seemed to fit with your request for Mick and Lindsey smiling so I just made it anyway.
You're welcome, elle as always! And feel free to post it in that other threas you guys were talking about.

"anonymous asked:

Hi! Would you be able to make a gif of one of the FM shows from last year? I can’t remember what show, but it’s where Lindsey goes over to Mick and kisses his shoulder. It’s really sweet. x"

Someone asked this of me on Tumblr. I immediately knew what he/she was talking about because I was there. So, I just thought I'd share these - the top one is mine from my video of the Without You intro and the bottom was from a different, but closer angle.

[SadAngel86]

Looks like Mick was leaning way over towards Lindsey..almost like "hey where's MY kiss?" What was the context of this ??

Stevie was in the midst of thanking all the men in the band for bringing her into the band. "I would like to thank you, Mr. Mick Fleetwood, oh Caterpillar of Alice in Wonderland, for asking Lindsey and me, by proxy to join your magnificent band."

Lindsey's reaction to that line was:

http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y172/vteen2002/LBWhatWithoutYou_zpsa5154240.gif

And then he leaned over and kissed Mick's shoulder. He may have been leaning far over because he thought LB was going to whisper something but instead kissed his shoulder.

Mick also poked Lindsey with his drumstick earlier in the video:

Needless to say, very glad I got those moments when they happened.

LOVE these SA, thank you so much! This was just an outstanding performance from Lindsey - and Stevie too! I really think the best I've seen this tour. I'm glad you made that second one, especially, as, once again, you managed to zero in the little nuances that I fixate on. When he gets real aggressive at that part, and gives her that intense stare, it's pretty great to experience up close.

And again, you're welcome!:)

I'm sure you'll get your chance...hopefully this fall!!

Here are a couple more, not necessarily to make .gifs, but just for your enjoyment (though there is some major guitarbation on the second half of the '09 video...just sayin' ;) )

This one is similar to the one above (though more straight on), though only a partial song, and without as much noodling/jamming:
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/BO1ZCFot6j0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

And this one from '09, that I really like. He doesn't come out as close to the audience, but I just love the way he played it - the whole song - on that tour:

Thank you! That makes sense. I've seen the GYOW one a number of times but haven't seen the others in awhile.

That is pretty hot. That was the first tour I saw them on and he would mix up what he did each time I saw them. He'd try to find a new place to touch her. Such a silly guy.

Man, still think not including Angel this year was a missed opportunity. Loved those performances. And even the rehearsed ones too before he started playing more with her. Plus here's in blue here so he has bonus hot points...

Personally I like them also on the Largo performance, they look very cute.
And Lindsey seems to want to tear down Stevie's shoulder!

It would be fun to ask Lindsey about that in an interview. The socks with sandals, the kimono, the eyeliner. He'd laugh, I'm sure. Fashion.
