Let's talk about movies and performances...

[Jondalar]

I think Angelica Houston and Annette Benning's performances in The Grifters are perfection.

I think that The Hours is a masterpiece and it's Meryl Streep's performance which is the most believable.

[TrueFaith77]

I told Annette Bening that I snuck into the The Grifters when I was a kid. Loved it then, not so much now. Favorite Bening Performance: Mother and Child / Favorite AnJelica Huston performance: The Dead

Hate everything about The Hours. Favorite Streep Performance: The Manchurian Candidate

Here is information about my book of (mostly) film criticism (which, unfortunately, nobody bought! haha).

Saw the wonderful (Clarence Brown-worthy) 42 this weekend. Great performances by the cast. However, it must be highlighted: Harrison Ford's best-ever performance; wow.

[TrueFaith77]

The two best performances of the decade (so far) are:

Felippo Timi, Vincere (http://www.amazon.com/Vincere-Giovanna-Mezzogiorno/dp/B003JHXS8C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1366203380&sr=8-1&keywords=vincere)
