What's everyone doing for Halloween this year?

I went out last night to do the big-drunken-halloween night out (and believe me, I'm paying for it today!) my friend put wound makeup on everyone (which looked amazing) and when I went downstairs this afternoon, my parents thought I'd been twatted :laugh:

On Halloween itself though, us at work are all going to this comedy night in costume. My boyfriend's going as Batman, so naturally, I'm going as Robin. I love Halloween!

I'm working on Halloween! We decorate the pub every year with spider webs and spooky things. So today I went and bought "Cat Kits" for my supervisor and I to wear with our black uniforms :laugh: We have ears, bow ties and tails.

I tried my hand an a penguin-0-lantern tonight, its hard to see the details cause the lines I cut were so slim. I'm hoping after it dries tonight there will be some more definition when I light it tomorrow night.

I went to the Rocky Horror Picture Show on Saturday dressed as Marilyn Manson. No plans for tomorrow tho. I am sure I will find something to do!

But it's easy because I already have everything for it so it's very minimal-effort and yet it gives me an excuse to full-on fangirl for a day. And to carry a tambourine. So, ya know, there's that.

Went trick or treating with my baby sister and her crew of friends, I actually had a blast!

Never got around to taking photos while I was out, so I snapped some quick and TERRIBLE web-cam photos of my very last minute costume (I basically just threw on my most Stevie-ish items of clothing all at once and called it a night. I had boots, but you can't see them.)

Thank you. I've only had it for a few months, it's nice having a 'style' rather than my boring old hair hah.

The funny thing is... and I swear that this is the truth... my mom has always cut my hair for me, and I have had the same style my whole life (brown and one length). I had wanted something new for a while but my mom would never let me, she was really weird about it. Until finally this year, on my birthday, my mom gave me a wad of cash and the card to a hair dresser and said "Go get your hair done, just tell her you want something new.".... So that's all I told the lady, was that I wanted a change, and this is the hairstyle she gave me. It was bizarre. I guess it makes sense that she would give me highlights and bangs and layers, since it's the opposite of what my hair was before... it was just a weird coincidence.

Now everyone tells me I look like my mother. :lol:
