Somebody just asked me why I'm not celebrating 4th of July. I'm English. My head hurts.

To my wonderful friends across the pond - HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY :blob1::blob1::blob1:

Cooking my ass off! I invited 55 people to a pool party today(only expecting 20-25 to actually show up, though).
Cooked so far...
About a gallon of baked beans
About a gallon of this "awesome rice"(Uncle Ben's long grain rice, with sausage, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, red onions - everyone just raves about how good it is, and it's SO easy to make).
The biggest bowl I own, full of homemade cole slaw
Crab meat pinwheels
About a quart of homemade guacamole

Taking a quick Andy Griffith break now....

Up next, this Buffalo chicken dip, then make about 30 hamburger patties.

I REALLY should have been a chef. I LOVE cooking, especially for such a large group of people. Three hours until the official party starts....
