It sorta looks like her. The nose & eyes look the same. I could not find any pictures of Rosie from the late 70's early 80's to compare it to.

I don't know what she's chatting about.It looks that she is chatting to the little girl/boy next to Tom.The lady next to Tom does alittle look like Rosie.
