After seeing this thread in its entirety, And I am going to be as polite as I can be, and I do have the right to a opinion, this is a free country. But, I will say, that I am so happy that pretty much 99 % of the time, and for his life, I am so glad that LB stays under the radar , rather than , Ummm, kissing up to rock starts and celebrities, have tons of respect for LB for that. Now, of course, maybe thats cause SN isn’t a hermit, LOL, like LB was, etc. But, I have way more respect for LB now after looking at all these pics. In a time when the economy is terrible and stuff, I’d rather respect for LB and for his head not being above the clouds. I respect that he hasn’t needed to , well, I already said it. :)

Most of the photos posted, probably more than half of them, Stevie is not even looking at the camera. Some are candid photos that were taken, without her even knowing\posing, by photographers at whatever event they were covering. Some are screenshots from concerts\events, and backstage meetings with other celebs who were also there. Having your photo taken is not a selfish act, especially when you are being requested to do so. I don't understand what it has to do with the current state of the economy either. Sucking up? I don't think so. Being admired and respected, is more like it. When you have a career as long as Stevie has, you are bound to be photographed with numerous people over the years, for whatever reason. Stevie is a fan herself, of many of the people she has been photographed with. Thats the reality of it. She is approachable, gracious, likable, and accommodating.I respect her more for that.

If you are impying that Stevie is "kissing up to rock stars," I'd have to disagree with that. As you inferred, Lindsey and Stevie are very different people. Lindsey being more insular, and Stevie more of a social butterfly.

It stands to reason, given her professional activites throughout several decades, that she would encounter (and sometime work with) other famous musicians. She has respect and shares commonalites with others in the industy, and she's a fan of their work. They are part of her social and professional group. It's part friendship, and part business. Nothing wrong with that.

Referencing a terrrible economy and Lindsey Buckingham is just bizzare. Stevie's head is not above the clouds. She's just living her life, and I respect that.

Great question! I'd love to hear it. Perhaps we should troll on Kenny Loggins fan sites. There must be some bootleg recordings. I wonder how many times she performed with him. It would be really interesting to hear them sing together in concert setting. I wonder if Stevie come close to the powerful vocal performance she did in the studio.

Many years ago, during my brief tenure working at the Gap, I sold him a shirt. I wasn't completely sure it was him, until the next day, when I found out he was in town for a show. I remember him looking sort of ragged.

That's Elton! It was likely around 1980. His album at the time was called Single Man, and he was sporting a very different look, and without his signiture glasses. He's always been a bit pudgy.

Robert Ramos has done Stevie's hair for quite a number of years now and has been thanked on albums. You can see him working on Stevie's hair for the photoshoot scene in Destiny Rules and there is a photo of the two of them at another shoot floating around.
Also he is Bette Midler's hairstylist. Seems like they have a few things they share; Taku Hirano, Marty Hom

Uh, I seem to recall an interview where Stevie said the lyrics of that song were about different people (men) in her life at different times but that first verse was about Lindsey (who else)... when they met and were very young and no one spoke like him etc and the "all of it for us baby" was about how they were going to become famous.
