Ever hear a song and think dang, that should belong to someone else? I could just picture Stevie tearing this up onstage, especially years ago... :)

I always thought this song is a Stevie song. She could of sung it powerfully in the early 80s too.

Yes i love The Church too, actually in my late teens the band played one of their first gigs at our Local Pub in Melbourne, we arrived early that Friday night they were setting up their equipment, we sat talking to them at the bar, then ended up going to their room for a pre drinks & joints before their gig:thumbsup: fun times!!

Have I ever told you how much I appreciate you? You have had such a charmed life when it comes to meeting your favorite bands. This is a cool story but my all time fave of yours is the accidental run in with FM on a bus in Australia. That one just can't be topped.

In The Name Of Love - U2
Let Your Love Flow - Bellamy Brothers
Bring Me To Life - Evanescence
Lost In Love - Air Supply

I can imagine the 3 part harmony as well as each part Stevie, Lindsey, and Chris would sing on these songs.

I always thought that Chris could have done an incredible version of "Everything I Own" by Bread.

Stevie should do 'Fly' by The Church and do the video the exact same way!

:) Thanks Viv, yes i know it still blows me away just thinking about it.... tho i do regret not asking Stevie if it would be OK to go back to Brisbane with them to watch their rehearsal, & i should of told the truth and said unfortunately i don't have enough money to buy a ticket for their TUSK concert:o when she asked if we were going.. you never know she might of suggested we tag along with them.... Now that would of been totally frickin awesome:blob1::thumbsup:

Aye. Well, of course, we 'ad it tough back then. We used to 'ave to get up out o' shoebox at twelve o'clock at night and lick road clean wit' tongue. We ate two bits of cold gravel, worked twenty-four hours a day at mill for sixpence every four years, and when we got 'ome our Dad would slice us in two wit' bread knife.

I've thought for a while that if they ever do a special Buckingham Nicks tour, they should play "California Dreaming." What a perfect nod to their history!

For some reason I have always wished Stevie would of sung Sleeping Satellites. The song reminds me of If anyone falls.... for some reason its always stuck in my head...

Shut Up and Kiss Me

Stumbling In

Something about Mary and Suzy's voices in these songs made me think that Stevie would sound good on them.
