Excluding Greatest Hits or compilation albums of course. The reason I ask this is because yesterday I got The Jets self-titled 1985 album and holy hell, it's the first album by anyone where I love every song from start to finish. Has anyone else experienced this phenomena?

Yeah! I genuinely love every song on Bella Donna and Buckingham Nicks. I also love every song on Hanson's first album, Middle of Nowhere, and their second to latest album, The Walk.

Blondie's Parallel Lines and Stevie's Bella Donna are the only two albums where I genuinely enjoy every song. There are loads that come really close though.
Even including compilation albums, it's still only those two, although ABBA: Gold might be #3, depending on whether or not I hate Dancing Queen that day or not.

There are lots that come close for me, too - on the White Album, Rumours, In Your Dreams, Seeds We Sew, Hanson's This Time Around and Underneath, I love all but one song.
Oh, another album I genuinely love every song on - Return to Pooh Corner by Kenny Loggins.

I really wish I could say the same about Fleetwood Mac. But I'm honest enough as a fan to say that some of the albums have absolute turkeys on them. And the less said about Time and BTM, the better for me lol.

This is a challenge of subjectivity - I see albums as singular bodies of work, and reserve any strict opinions of particular songs.
I guess I would tend to pick some concept albums, where all the songs have a theme-related association.
Purely random selections come to mind:
Captain Fantastic - Elton John
Goodbye Yellow Brick Road - Elton John
Abbey Road - Beatles
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band - Beatles
Straight Up - Badfinger
Ziggy Stardust and Spiders from Mars - David Bowie
Woodface -Crowded House
Tapestry - Carol King

Court and Spark - Joni Mitchell
Blue - Joni Mitchell
Odyssey and Oracle - Zombies
The Forgetten Arm - Aimee Mann
Back to Black - Amy Winehouse
Pet Sounds - Beach Boys
Bellybutton - Jellyfish
Spilt Milk - Jellfish
Scissor Sisters - Scissor Sisters

Would go back and edit my first post, but there's no button for it. I've had more time to ruminate on my list. So here :)
4 Non Blondes - Bigger, Better, Faster, More
I forgot about this album! I remember buying it on the cassette in 1993. "What's Up" was one of the biggest hits in Poland in 1993. I remember it was such a relief for my ears after being bombarded with Whitney's "I Will Always Love You" and Janet's "That's The Way Love Goes"...:) "Spaceman" and "Dear Mr President" were killer songs. But my favourite has always been "Drifting"

My favourite has always been Drifting, too. I like Pleasantly Blue as well. I'm almost ashamed to admit how I got into them. I used to, once upon a time, be a fan of Pink. And I'd heard that she was a huge fan of the band, so I thought I would give them a listen. They have thus far outlasted my love of Pink dramatically. It's too bad that this is the only album they ever released, because for a first album this had promises of greatness.

Interesting that the only Tori Amos album to get a mention so far is "Under The Pink", which is far from my favourite. I'd have to go with "From The Choirgirl Hotel" and "Scarlet's Walk" for Tori.
Others include:

Bella Donna and TISL
The Album - Abba
Light After Dark - Clare Maguire
Version 2.0 - Garbage
Haunted - Poe
Stromata - Charlotte Martin

Two new ones.
Kate Bush - Hounds Of Love. I've fallen totally in love with Kate lately, and Hounds Of Love is very much the jewel in her crown.
Lana Del Rey - Born To Die. It's just absolutely stunning.
