I wasn't really sure where I should post this since it involves a Stevie song. Did anyone watch X Factor USA last night? An all female group (four girls thrown together by X Factor basically) sang Landslide last night. The harmony sounded good but I don't know. I don't think this group will last JMO. Anyway I like Josh (the over 30s). He's different (has a different style of music) & I liked him since the very beginning. He probably won't win though. The majority of the people voting are usually young girls (no offense to anyone) who will vote for a young guy or young group.

I've watched the show from the start. I thought Landslide was very poorly done.

I thought the harmonies were good. I really like Drew, her voice is no nice.

It was completely void.

I agree - those girls haven't lived enough to know what it means to climb a mountain and then turn around. Lack of experience makes the vocals sound vacuous.

Unfortunetly the show seems to be more about the judges drama now than the actual talent. I have watched since the beginning and have had enough. 3 Times now I've seen Marcus be in the "bottom2" and survive. Each time an actual marketable contender has to leave the show. I thought Drew had a great voice, Rachel was so adorable and could sing like someone twice her age, yet they go home. Honestly, I assume Marcus is a nice guy and such but I don't see or hear the talent or "X Factor". Some performers have that star quality about them but IMO he does not at all. At this point I wish Melanie the best of luck. Time will tell which acts on this show will actually sell records.

I'd still like to see Josh win.

Yeah, it's supposed to be about finding a person with the "X-Factor" & it's more like judge drama. I liked Rachel though I think she would have gone sooner or later. She's just not mature enough & judging by her reaction, I think I'm right. I've seen the judges just cop-out, can't decide & leave it up to America. Why bother having a sing-off then? It's a waste of time & unnecessary drama.

I say fire ALL the judges!

I watch the show every now and then, was watching some of it last night and that little girls diva reaction when she found out she was going home. If she threw a tantrum like that onstage, I can imagine how some of them act behind the scenes. Just goes to show you those cute little dimples and smiles on some are so misleading.

Yes, agreed. There's nothing unique or interesting about him, for me.

I'd still like to see Josh win.

Me too! He's the only one I'd consider buying - and that's really the point of the show - selling records.

Totally. I think she's very talented but needs a few more years for personal development.
