Gathering together to toast the former U.S. Commander-In-Chief, the stars gathered together for The Clinton Foundation's 'A Decade Of Difference' Gala at The Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California on Friday night (October 14).
Joining in on the 65th birthday gala in honor of former President Bill Clinton (who actually turned 65 on August 19) were a full slate of familiar faces such as Jessica Alba, Sofia Vergara, Lily Collins and lovely couple Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson and Josh Duhamel, all of whom enjoyed an agenda consisting of a welcome reception, gala dinner and live auction.
With Chelsea Clinton acting as Honorary Chair of the celebratory fete - which cost a cool $6,500 per couple - other celebrities in attendance included Jane Fonda, Rosanna Arquette, Patricia Arquette, Julie Benz, Rachel Zoe (with Rodger Berman), Felicity Huffman (with William H. Macy) and the evening's performer, Stevie Nicks.
Meanwhile, the Clinton Foundation festivities will continue forth on Saturday night (October 15) with "A Concert Celebrating 10 Years of the William J. Clinton Foundation".
Among the star-studded lineup of performers are Lady Gaga, Bono and The Edge of U2, Usher and Kenny Chesney, among others.
Enjoy the pictures from The Clinton Foundation's 'A Decade Of Difference' Gala (October 14).

She looks stunning ! I cannot tell you how glad I am that she stopped sunning herself at 30, compared to those perma-tanned women there she looks fantastic and individual.

Maybe she has like twenty of the same outfit, kinda like Lindsey and his leather jacket. ;)

I fully understand protecting your health and skin from the sun or tanning beds and cautious about premature aging, but a tan does give one that (healthy) looking glow. I like her with a little bit of color myself, like here and backstage singing in the Wild Heart video in the yellow sundress. She looked good to me.

A while back there was an article and pics in Country Weekly magazine about Blake Shelton and his love for one particular button down shirt he wore each show and in pics with fans that was his favorite to wear. And after a while at the advice of his manager, he was kindly told to SWITCH IT UP PLEASE because he was looking the same in every pic, in every show. I think you get what I mean here.

I know Stevie totes around quite a few wardrobe chests on tour. It bugs me why she only wears 3 or 4 outfits out of everything she owns and drags around. What might seem petty, really is a big deal to me because these are the times she's still out there doing it and performing in public and everyone is documenting her in a much broader sense. I just don't want our pictures and videos of her in her late career to be in the same 2 outfits she's wore from age 63 to 90 later on. That's all. It seriously makes me go GRRR sometimes.

LOL! Great point. Unfortunately, Stevie's idea of switching it up is adding a zipper or buttons or wearing pants instead of wearing another color -- a colorful scarf would even help brighten her up but I think it's just her schtick at this point.

Style and sense of fashion and flair doesn't have to go out the window just because you're 60. Lots of older iconic women celebrities still love to dress up. Barbara Walters, Jane Fonda, heck even Judge Judy loves to put on a nice gown when out in public or at functions.
I believe like others that color brightens you up if you're older.

And I do love Stevie's trademark black clothes, just not these same 2 basic black outfits she's wearing lately. It's time to switch up!

Speaking of women who shine at an older age, Honey say what you want about Joan Rivers, but the woman has fabulous taste in outfits and jewelry that accent her and make her shine at such an age and she's in her 70's! I have to hand it to her that she does look good and dresses so well and still has fashion and flair at her age.

When you listen to Stevie talk in interviews and stuff, she's still obviously in awe of all her beautiful stage clothes. I just don't see why she doesn't want to dress in them more and it's bugging. But obviously she still loves all her things. It's just her efforts lacking to get into them I think.

I 100% Agree. People can say what they want about Joan, but you gotta give it to her....for a woman her age.....she is still a Diva. She look and dresses really age appropriate, BUT still very stylish and elegant. She seems to look better the older she gets..... You go Joan! :)

I know right? And it's a shame too because Stevie doesn't really need to look up to others for fashion sense or style or even a personal stylist, she always had her own sense of glamour about her but lately seems to have lost it it seems. She's always looked good about herself since the 70's 80's a lot of the 90's and early '00's so I don't quite understand the 2 or 3 outfits she wears everyplace now. Oprah Show, DWTS, The Talk, AGT, GMA, her tour lately, give or take, the same black top/jacket and skirts or pants she wears now. Enough already! Why is she keeping her image so routine and simple these days?

It amazes me too how Joan can get around on stage in a pair of pump heels like any 30 year old can. To be in her 70's you wouldn't know it by the way she walks in them.

I think Joan looks fine really. So she didn't want to trip over her face at almost 80 and has had work, I can't fault her for that and wanting to look better if she wasn't happy aging 20 years ago. Sure it's extreme anytime someone has a major facelift but I don't think hers looks terrible. The point I was trying to make anyway was that I thought she dresses quite sophisticated and classy for her age and has remarkable taste in jewelry and clothes. I guess we view people differently though but to me she looks just fine for her age. Maybe when you're 78 you'll want to look better too if you're not happy with yourself.

That thing Nicks wears nowadays all the time is no style at all. It's very unflattering on her. It would probably be very unflattering on anyone.
She could use a clothes makeover, considering all the appearances she makes in public still. Of course, so could the other guys in Fleetwood Mac. I don't know what happened to everyone. Have they all been cursed by the Ugly Clothes Faerie? Courtney Love used to (rightfully) talk about what cool digs they all wore in the '70s. Nobody could say that now.
Maybe the response in us is more pronounced with Fleetwood Mac because of what we all remember. If we're talking about, say, Neil Young, we don't care because he essentially never looked like a visual treat (to put it somewhat politely).

Yes, I've seen worse. You take people like Cher who IMO has it done fairly right, and they look good for their age. I'm not advocating Stevie go under the knife like these people, it's more about taking cues from how they dress really in style and pazazz when they step out. And I also meant (Stevie's) own cool clothes and dressy non-stage outfits even. Not necessarily how others dress.

Thank you! That's all I was getting at all along and what I meant. I didn't necessarily mean for her to wear gowns like Judge Judy, just Stevie's own clothes IN THOSE TYPES OF COLORS! Like her peachy colored clothes or even different pantsuits in other colors besides black if she wants to appear business woman-like in public. We love her but she's too simple of late. No switch ups or change and it's bugging really. She's wore that outfit basically since the B&N CD/video signing and before. And Hej (Ed) I like you, but Stevie's already belonged to the tease-and-set club long before Judge Judy. And personally I miss the days she actually sprayed up and styled and did different things to her hair, over the parted flip over and bangs brushed down look the past 15 years. Granted, I see she did do something different with her hair a night ago, with all the wavy curls like in the Behind the Music episode.

Is it just me, or are those the "real" suede boots (not the booties she wears on stage these days)? I also have to admit that, as much as I despise the color black, this outfit is extremely slimming. There is definitely a method to her madness.

My best guess is that she has on a pair of her (maybe) higher platform ankle boots with those pants. I don't see her pulling the pants down over knee high boots, why would she? But you never know...

Not to backtrack 10 posts, but she looks perfectly fine dressed like this. I think my gripe was her wearing this sort of getup on every show and every appearance. But she does look good no doubt. I just hope for change here and there thats all. Some variety from her. :)
Stevie better not go under the knife. Her face is fine.
you really think she didn't?

I don't think she's had surgery but she definitely uses other methods - like the infusion or laser options.

Friday night : Richard and I went to the President’s birthday bash/fundraiser at the Hollywood Palladium. It was a really fun party. Jerry Lee Lewis played, and Ronnie Hawkins (President’s Clinton’s favorite musician growing up). Stevie Nicks sang—fantastically. Her voice strong as ever and her band (according to the expert, Richard}, is tops, including the great guitarist, Waddy Wachtel.

Leather and Lace
Stevie Nicks hasn't been a spokeswoman for any major weight loss products that we know of. But whatever she's doing (or not doing) she looks incredible and the slenderizing black tunic top, leggings and boots are just right for her performance at the Clinton Foundation fundraising dinner.
Nice, now the real test: What will Joan Rivers and the Fashion Police say?
