If there's any justice, Thrown Down should walk this! It is my screen name after all.

Illume and Paper Doll to go.

Duh, Thrown Down is going to win this round. It's almost pointless watching the others get eliminated.

Agreed. It's one of the best of Stevie's latter day career.

Affairs of the Heart and Second Time to go. Her Behind The Mask output is very boring and lacks the sharpness of her earlier and later work.

Thrown Down is my favourite Stevie song to play on my little old Spanish guitar because of the cool starting bit and third verse, so I'm rooting for that beauty !

I'm not terribly familiar with the BTM tracks.

"Affairs of the Heart" (weak lyrics, bland melody)
"Illume" (Lindsey's special effects snake voice ruins it for me)

"Freedom" is my favorite on this short list (even if I'm not nuts about the harmonies on the bridge), but I know it will be gone soon. Sigh.

any chance you could post the sheet music or tabs for the guitar? I'm terrible at working songs out but once I've got the music playing them isn't all that hard.

I am opting out - The Second Time and Illume are among my all-time faves and I can see what is gonna happen here. Can't watch. Too painful.

Ditto, Ditto & Ditto. However, I still rest blame mostly on the BTM band's bland and unimaginative arrangements on her songs. Not that theirs were much better:shrug:. But esp. "Freedom" & "Affairs Of The Heart" had the potential to be much much better. After all, as song compositions go, these two are much better structured, than say WTTR...S & WISYA.
