As i've never been to the London Palladium before, i was wondering if anyone has any advice on best seats, obviously i'd like to be near the front but i appreciate it's a theatre and apparently the stage is really high so those at the front don't necessarily get the best view! I would be grateful if anyone could offer any help:)

I've been to the Palladium twice although it was for a traditional musical (Chitty Chitty Bang Bang to be exact:) ) I had third row seats and didn't think the stage was particularly high and the view was great. I have also been about 15 rows back and that was a great view too. If I was planning to go there to see Linsdsey and not that bothered about being near the man himself I think I would go for about 5 or 6 rows back or so but that's just my opinion. After only previously seeing the Palladium on TV I was pleasantly surprised that, even though it has over 2000 capacity, it seemed smaller than I imagined and therefore had somewhat quite an intimate atmosphere about it.
