It looks like the tour is now starting on September 10th and the show on the ninth isnt happening. Checked the venu's website and it appears to confirm this.

I read this earlier today on Twitter and wondered too. They said they were honoring Nov. 9th tix for the next day. I'm not sure how that's gonna work.

Yes, especially since there was already a show scheduled for the next day. Maybe they didn't sell enough tickets to have two shows and they have enough room to accommodate both nights' audiences, but what about people who were assigned the same seat? Argh.

At the venue they don't know what they're doing. Lindsey cancelled and they weren't expecting it, so now they're scrambling. People with tickets for Friday will be contacted and offered refunds, or can exchange for whatever unsold seats are still available for Saturday.

It's a horrible way to get started. I was in seat 290, far right. I don't know if it was too far over to be a good seat or not, but they told me it was right near the stage. I can't go on the 10th and I wanted to see the first show of this tour.

John Ascuaga's Nugget announced Friday afternoon that one of two shows featuring Lindsey Buckingham, the longtime songwriter and guitarist for Fleetwood Mac, has been canceled.
Buckingham will perform at 9 p.m. Sept. 10 at the Nugget, 1100 Nugget Ave., in Sparks, but he will not do so Friday as previously scheduled.
The announcement was made after Sunday's Living Here section of The Bee was printed; consequently, a story about Reno entertainment options on Page I 2 lists both shows.
Ticketholders for the Friday performance will be contacted by the Nugget's sales department, said Missy Hinton, the casino's public relations manager.
